Climate change is the biggest hoax perpetuated by fraudsters of the highest magnitude in the history of mankind. Following the money is like the flight of the bumblebee, you'd have as much chance of catching up with it as getting hit by lightening chasing butterflies at the village dump.

It's an industry run by idiots voted into by the poor fools who have been brain washed from Kindergarten to the halls of higher learning. The only possible result will be Maurice Strong's dream, shutting down industrialized nations, global bankruptcy. Who will buy the junk from China or the oil from the hell hole nations of the ME?

Rush calls AGW a hoax as well, but I really think this description minimizes the sheer evil of this plan to subjegate humanity. Bigfoot is a hoax. The two headed man at the carnival is a hoax.

AGW is a treasonous fraud whose goal is to undermine the sovereignty of nations and control of the worlds life blood.

The climate fraud is becoming more obvious as the purveyors shamelessly shift their narrative to include cold and snow as "evidence" of their theory -- the EXACT OPPOSITE of what they claimed would happen, and logically inconsistent with the theory they advance.

The supporters are so anxious to see the global socialism and the cash flow from deluded taxpayers that they refuse to use their brains and instead accept the new narratives as if they made sense.

THEY DO NOT MAKE SENSE, THEY MAKE REVOLUTION.

And we need somebody in the CPC leadership race taking this stand aggressively and without compromise. I gather Brad Trost is the only candidate doing this, and that he's limited in his appeal by other stands that he supports. This has always been the problem, the conservative movement is generally united on this climate fraud issue but the globalist elites have their hands on most of the higher echelon politicians, dumbing down their response if not outright subverting it; meanwhile, the movement is split on the other issues of social conservatism and looks to remain that way for the foreseeable future.

I think that Trump's breakthrough was based on signals he sent that he would at least make some concessions to the social conservatives, maybe not repeal of same sex marriage or total bans on abortion, but rethinking some of the consequences. Our problem may be that we are forced to accept climate fraud as a consequence of the split in the conservative movement on these other issues. Maybe it is time to follow Trump's example and find a halfway point on the contentious divisive issues, and go all in against climate fraud.

Just watch what happens when unseasonable cold comes spilling south this next week or so, the media will be instructed to report this as "evidence of climate change" which of course is the exact opposite of what every climate guru was saying in the 1990s. The theory is garbage and any real scientist knows it.

Peter - you are correct - Trost is the only guy calling it for the fraud it is. Agree that the media will demonize his position on gay marriage and abortion.

However there are pretty easy answers to those - depends on how Trost answers.

He is pro life. So was Trump. It does not mean banning abortions, but when you consider there is no restrictions on abortion at all in Canada, maybe just maybe the pedulum has swung too far. IF I were Brad I would ask my questioners in the media and opposition on what their view on gender based abortions is? Full stop.

Re gay marriage - how does the court expand the definition to accommodate one special interest group, but then slam the door shut on others? The answer cannot be on a moral issue because that didn't count in the gay marriage debate. If two men are ok then three should be no issue. or 4. Or Winston Blackmore

The extremists that run the government of Alberta are imposing by diktat what they call carbon tax. There is nothing that will stop them. They have the majority in the legislature and that’s the end of the story.

Even if the numbers are off to some extent, the point remains valid: Shutting down clean coal power plants in Canada while the rest of the world continues to build and operate dirty coal power plants is sheer insanity, and will have absolutely no measurable effect on the GHGs some believe are causing the climate to change.
