If only global warming were true we could raise the sea on purpose!

That is probably the one, but even it is misleading. The large dark green area, for example, in southern California is San Bernardino County which is larger than half of New England, and has a population outside of San Bernardino in the far west, and the military bases in the south, of 3 people and several lizards. Also, the dark green is 50% or less support.

The same is true of places like Bernalillo Island which is Indian Reservation territory and mainly empty space.

For the map to be truly accurate, the archipelago would just be cities.
