Apparently Greenpeace has a fundraising campaign going on in southern Ontario. A young man in a bright green vest and neck tags showed up at my door last night, and made the mistake of saying he was from GP. Without another word, I told him he had 10 seconds to get off my property. When he started to question the hostility (politely - he was pleasant, just seriously misguided), I advised him that "there were not enough years left in his young life to explain what was wrong with GP", and he left, a bit confused (which was ok because he arrived a bit confused). Normally I sit these kids down on my front porch swing and waste about an hour or so of their time, but wasn't in the mood last night.

How can you "befriend" someone who hides their true beliefs and identity from you ?
