Piety and Riff Raff

Victor Davis Hanson on borders and naked hypocrisy:

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg offers another case study. The multibillionaire advocates for a fluid southern border and lax immigration enforcement, but he has also stealthily spent $30 million to buy up four homes surrounding his Palo Alto estate. They form a sort of no-man's-land defence outside his own Maginot Line fence, presumably designed against hoi polloi who might not share Zuckerberg's taste or sense of privacy. Zuckerberg's other estate in San Francisco is prompting neighbours' complaints because his security team takes up all the best parking spaces. Walls and border security seem dear to the heart of the open-borders multibillionaire -- when it's his wall, his border security.

One of these.

It was undoubtedly rude or Mark Zuckerberg to build high walls around his house as it would be disturbing to his neighbors and they expressed their anger too. It wasn't a wise decision at all. :)

The boy-child is psychopathic. He really believes he is big enough to have enemies all over the world. Instead of building/buying walls, he should invest in a good shrink. There is no fool like a nut with money.

I'm betting Zuckerville isn't a sanctuary area. Nor is it likely a gun-free zone either. His own private security, however? Of course THEY'RE armed. The rest of you American tax-serfs don't need fireamrs or a 2nd Amendment. Those are for your betters.

A wall along the Mexican border is too expensive. Dumb idea.
Land mines are far more economical.

In other words as they say in the UK:

"I'm all right, Jack."

Time for a weekly docu-comedy: The Hypocrites

you sound like a lawyer, the endless court cases that would ensue would go on for a 100 years

Alternatively, Ms Sethi could say, "F*&^ yourselves", and quit.

Do you have a front door on your house? Does it have a lock?

Nah, that would be too expensive. Much better to set up a few Claymores, and train the dog to avoid them, yes?
