Every single Democrat and Leftist that I know are the most intolerant, myopic, HATERS I have ever encountered. They know that I am intelligent, with degrees, and knowledgeable about multiple topic ... ergo, I cannot possibly be conservative (in their opinion).

Anyways, Mr. Levant forced the Tribunal to allow Him Legal Representation and to Video Tape the proceedings. The "kangaroo-court & pre-revolutionary treatment of the Non-Government Victim" was so obviously against the Rights of Humanity the case was dismissed. Do you hear anything about the Human Rights Tribuanals in Canada now?

You get a lot more stupid lawsuits in the US because they are less likely to award costs against the loser in the suit. In Canada ordering costs is routine.

Of course omitted from the Federalist article was the earlier, largely successful effort to ruin the political career of the Republican House Whip Tom "the Hammer" DeLay of Texas by use of trumped-up charges by the same corrupt DA that brought the charges against Rick Perry (iirc) alleging he violated a law that didn't exist at the time he was supposed to have violated it. Those false charges drove DeLay from office, removing one of the most effective conservative Republicans from Congress at a key time in our nations history. Of course eventually the charges were revealed to be as bogus as DeLay had initially claimed, but his political reputation had by then been ruined, his career sidelined and it cost him millions in attny fees. Yet ANOTHER example of successful "lawfare" by the left.
