We will arrive at the point of total confusion when a man trans genders to a woman, becomes pregnant, switches to female maternity clothes during his pregnancy and is then denied access to the men's washroom because he was born female.

Did you notice that the press seems to be encouraging this by using future pronouns? "He" is preserving "his" eggs. Sorry to rain on the Daily Mail's parade, but a person with a womb and ovaries is a WOMAN, no matter how many hormones and operations said persons takes/has, and regardless of how that person describes herself. As for the desire of such trans persons to have "his" eggs frozen for future reproduction: do as you want, but NOT on my health-care dime. I have higher priorities that supporting your ego trip, such as timely cancer treatment and similar health issues with waiting lists.

Y'know, I was in Merrickville this afternoon and I have to tell you: a lot of the men walking around in T-shirts and shorts there sure looked like they were nine months pregnant.
