Proving talk is cheap, she used the terms jihadist, terrorist and war, agreed with Trump that our allies need to be more engaged, but thinks diplomacy is the answer and believes the fantasy local forces will ever defeat ISIS as it sits in duplicitous Turkey’s backyard.
    So, no to a direct attack on ISIS or declaration of war. Too bad she was didn’t let diplomacy work in her & Obama’s forays into Syria and Libya.

    As for Turkey and Russia – they can sulk if they wish, but this is of control. Boots on the ground should now be realistically debated.

  46. No, it’s not strictly illegal in France to own a gun. I know a Frenchman, who was an avid hunter, when he lived and worked here in Canada, who retired to France, and took his guns back with him, once he had done the necessary paperwork.
