During testimony before Congress on Thursday, FBI Director James Comey stated that the FBI’s interview with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was not under oath or recorded, but it still would be a crime to lie to the FBI.
Comey stated that he did not personally interview Clinton, and did not talk to all of the “five or six” who did interview Clinton.
My God, it is so much fun to listen to Trey Gowdy. I want him on my team. Every time!
Cartright was questioning when I started watching. Why do I think “oozing” when I hear him talk? The letter of the law is more important than the intent of the law… that’s enough for me.

Mr. Buck just exposed that The Lizard Queen had indeed intended to subvert the accountability of her Office to receive and transmit top secret and classified information contrary to the rule of law of the USofA.
How they were not able to prosecute on that level alone was left on a Phoenix airport tarmac.

Did Comey just admit that he inserted the word “willfully” into the negligence clause of the statute?
Comey admitted that Hillary was not under oath when she was interviewed last Saturday by the FBI.
AceofSpades thinks the purpose of the meeting between Bill and Loretta was to convey to Hillary that the FBI would not recommend charges unless she lied to them during that subsequent interview—that is, that she didn’t need to lie to them to escape charges.
So extreme carelessness (up to and including extreme stupidity) is only negligence not gross negligence, and therefore impossible to prove beyond a reasonable doubt? Several would opine otherwise, way too technical a call for the FBI imho; not that it would have mattered.
The courageous thing would have been to recommend indictment and let the legal chips fall where they may. That needs to be corrected.
BTW, are we to believe only classified information was referred to, even if that is acceptable. I have serious doubts about this and thus the quality and scope of the FBI investigation, who as a department surely have depleted confidence in themselves.
Is it now clear the Clinton Foundation “investigation” is also a ruse? Another American Nero plays on while the citizens get burned.
Consequently, the American people are now held to a higher standard than their leadership. In fact an outright contradictory standard: this woman and her staff should be permanently denied/revoked security clearances.
That in of itself makes her unfit as president, not able to be given classified briefings or material. Again, rules are not for her.
What other person wouldn’t be at least disciplined and fired? Now the public is supposed to support the very idea her security breaches are just a sideshow? Stay stupid voters and you will end up very thirsty.
To Comey destroying protected documents and then lying about is only misleading, not lying, or would Mr Comey argue there is a vast right conspiracy at work as the real culprits? He’s saying Hillary is too stupid to know better, so therefore cannot form intent?
I’ve heard Mr Comey’s argument and disagree quite vehemently. Only cunning and criminal intent could make her that stupid. Mr Trump should pledge to press charges, giving prosecutors investigatory authority to gather more evidence.
Now the establishment has fully circled their wagons away from the peoples’ oversight, with the Comey flinch and Lynch joining the Obama Justice Dept for Democrat control of all matters of public conscience or law, along with the Oval Office, Air Force One, Homeland Security, and the IRS to name a few.
The rest are shut out because enough voters fantasize these tyrants will make their lives better with others’ stuff for free.
The Democrat question speeches are really boring; maybe they’ll stage a sit-in.
The Clinton Circle is closing fast, enabled now by the quick fix six:

– Bubba consults with Loretta, supplying the necessary instructions and opinions.
– Loretta then pretends to not know what FBI will decide, already guided by their silence.
– Comey turtles before the American people and now Congress. Very disappointing and unexpected cowardice.
– Loretta/Obamajustice Dept immediately “decide” not to prosecute, & the Clintocracy coup de gras blade of the extremist moderates:
– the Dems win POTUS/Congress and America achieves 3rd world autocracy: coercive government, elite controlled institutions and a corrupt dictator.
Followed by control of the Supreme Court, the last standing lynchpin of the vital independence of the institutions of American liberty and prosperity: and independent and free press, a checked POTUS, balanced by Congress, impartial justice and now law enforcement, aka a banana republic.
Trump will be sent into exile or have an accident if the Dems get their fondest wish, total control of every institution of governance, the POTUS, Congress, the SCOUS. They may trump up something and get him into jail. Wouldn’t that be ironic: criminals as jailers – fits nicely the 3rd would kleptocracy model.

Comey’s testimony indicates Comey and the FBI were grossly and willfully negligent in the conduct of this investigation. That there was no intent to indict, and that the investigation was simply perfunctory.
ANY argument that Hills was anything more than deceitful is woefully bogus. She is a long time lawyer. She signed documents in regard to her understanding of the care and keeping of classified material. She’s a lawyer – she knows full well the necessity ot clarify matters of questionable legality in the conduct of her and State’s affairs, and most especially in regard to sensitive information. And, further cement those facts, people need to remember she was a First Lady for 8 years, in addition to her role as a senator. That alone would have given her a clue about classified material – she would have lived under its umbrella all of the time she lived in the WH…

The “precedence” question of whether a President Hillary Clinton doing the same thing would face charges should be used in Trump commercials. “Not only is she dirty, she can be a whole lot more dirty…”
I think we all all missing a greater hypocrisy.
The regressives support the presumption of innocence, when it comes to Hillary.
They do not support it, for instance, with son of the CBC, Jian Ghomeshi.
These democrats are quick to point out that there is insufficient evidence in Hillarys case, despite what might have happened. But when it comes to a non-hildebeest … then they will relax the rules.
Comey presents himself very, very well. I like his attitude of “we cannot prove it was malicious”, which is followed by “we can prove it was at least incompetence”.
If Trump is smart, Comeys words about incompetence, an agent doing same thing would be fired,etc… will play from now till November.
The FBI is not afraid of Congress, but they are afraid of the Clintons.

To my mind, what stinks the most about this entire mess was the timing of Hillary’s “interview”. Supposedly an exhaustive and long investigation, it is closed just 3 days after their VERY FIRST “chat” with her? 3 1/2 hours of questions and NO follow-up investigation AT ALL was required? To me, that part is simply not believable for an honest report to be submitted.

Comey has followed the traditional FBI method of handling/fubbing false Testimony . He was the LEAST likely person to Know all the facts of the investigation…He locked himself in a padded sound proof room & only allowed the Pro-Hillary FBI Group to submit opinion reports to Him. He was willfully ignorant.
1. He never had Contact with DOJ Lynch..But you know other FBI agents did! The DOJ was briefed at every step & the FBI would have had feedback…Comey deliberately keep himself out of that loop..He knows nothing.
2. He had to know that the Hillary interview was PLANNED not to be under-Oath…She was allowed to avoid direct binary (Yes or NO) questions that would challenge her Honesty. It was more of a chat that she controlled & allowed her answers to fit a probability scenario. You can’t lie if you are never asked a direct question.
3. The FBI did not record Hillary’s interview.. It was off-record.. The whole thing may have been a Virtual simulation.. She went to a Bar for 3 1/2 HRs & they faked the meeting
