  1. He’s even considered going back to Syria, whose brutal civil war has displaced millions of people.
If it is easier to return to a civil war than it is to get your kids to be quiet, then that’s not much of a civil war.
Send them all back if that’s what they want.

  2. “He’s even considered going back to Syria…..”
LOl, yea right. of course the Liberal Progressive will eat it up, then give him more of our money for hurt feelings.

  3. The children of my Muslim co-workers and friends are left to their own devices. The boys do not get restraints placed on them, they can do whatever they want and are not given boundaries regarding their conduct with other kids. It is the law of the jungle, the strongest dominate and weaker and respectful neighbourhood kids with abusive language and intimidation. The parents say nothing to reign them in, thereby encourage and condone this behaviour. I watch the same with the men I work with, they are brutal with the way they treat each other. There are some very angry men, simmering with a hatred that is just below the surface, just like a volcano waiting to blow.
This totally teaches these young ones that they can have whatever they want, they just have to take it.
No wonder their women and girls are treated like possessions and treated worse. It is their culture.
By having them brought within our borders, we are importing their culture and it is changing our culture more to be more like theirs.
Time to speak up and teach them what it means to be in our culture and to hold them to our standards of morality and mutual respect.
(please, don’t bring up the fact that our liberal culture is what I am referring to…)

  4. “He’s even considered going back to Syria, …”
    Your proposal has been accepted.

  5. So, what’s the problem? The family haven’t grown up in an apt bldg and don’t know how noisy young children can sound on uncarpeted floors.
And if in their culture, they aren’t used to plunking their kids down in front of a TV to keep them quiet, why is that a bad thing?
The mother hasn’t had to deal with this before, so???
And if in her culture she wouldn’t have to remember there is a family living beneath who aren’t used to the sounds of active kids, why are we crucifying her skills?
So, the father says the kids would have more freedom in Syria – maybe they would when a shell or missile wasn’t landing on their community.
There’s a lot of blame going on here that’s not attractive.
Since the tenants renting the apt below just moved in, let’s attack them for being responsible for the complaint, which could be unreasonable. Did the outgoing tenants make a complaint because of the noise?
I never had to raise children in an apt so I’m not throwing the first stone.
My husband would grit his teeth when my s-i-l brought their six children to visit for a few hours and would sigh with relief when they left if nothing had been damaged.
This isn’t newsworthy, and certainly not SDA worthy.

  6. these muzlamists keep talking a lot about Lott, isn’t he one of your olde testament heroes. So am I to believe that Islam and Christianity are a Lott closer related than some in here would admit to????

  7. Pro tip for you Gellen. When you pay the bills for this fine site, you can decide what is and isn’t newsworthy. Until then, STFU.

  8. yup gellen, the context of the issue is lost. Also people generally don’t do change well, no matter who we speak of. The older people of East Germany often expressed wishes to return to the old communist ways, the “change” was to hard on them. But is here too many deal in absolutes only, no grey areas. All Muslims bad all Christians good, all liberals bad, all Christians love the Jews, and all Jews are good. There are no grey areas to these people, and their opinions are unimpeachable truths. The BBS (biased bull shit) in here is different, but no less than in a lefty web site like Huffington post. The greatest lie a man can tell, is the one he tells himself, just so he can avoid the truth.

You say this isn’t news worthy.
I think that’s the point why would a major newspaper run this article?
If these weren’t Syrian “refugees” there’s no way this would be in the news.
The quote I found interesting was where the father said he’s considering returning to Syria.

  10. Lot – your spelling is rather off – is indeed a person in the Old Testament, the Book of Genesis to be precise. But it would be a far stretch to say he’s a “hero”. Rather, he’s just one of many whose stories are told briefly and who disappear. HOWEVER, since you seem to think his mention by Muslims implies a very close association between Islam and Christianity, may I remind you of a few facts. First, Lot was a nephew of Abraham, so he was a minor player. Second, though Judaism (and, through it, Christianity) and Islam both claim Abraham as a forefather, they do so through different sons. Islam claims heritage through Ishmael, Abraham’s son by Hagar, his wife’s slave. Judaism claims heritage through Isaac, Abraham’s son by his wife, Sarah.
So, though both faiths claim Abraham as their ancestor, they diverge very quickly. My Christian faith comes through the Jewish tradition of the Old Testament, and is brought to fruition by the birth and presence of Christ Jesus, as recorded in the New Testament and through the testimonies and lives of Christians during the ensuing centuries. So, short answer NME666, any relationship between Christianity and Islam ended over 4000 years ago when Abraham died and the lines of Ishmael and Isaac diverged. Interesting, though, that Muslims keep invoking Lot, as they could only have learned about him from the Torah, first book of.

  11. “…isn’t he one of your olde testament heroes. ”
Ugh, nope, he is not. Keep digging make yourself look like an idiot again. Go on, don’t be shy.

  12. The downstairs tenants are blatant Islamophobes!
    As Hillary Clinton accurately stated:
“Let’s be clear: Islam is not our adversary. Muslims are peaceful and tolerant people and have nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism.”
I agree with her. She is honest and would NEVER lie!

  13. After reading the comments on this, did anyone notice the shit-eating grin on the muzloid father and bratty son?
Holding up the eviction notice like a badge of courage?
And some here actually defending them because of differing “culture”?
    Really?
I look at that tweet and it’s no wonder we have Trump.
Good luck, you guys up there with your Pony PM. You’ve got a lomg road to travel.
