After IG Report, Will Bernie Have the Guts to Take Hillary Down?
The Vermont senator was playing a waiting game, holding his fire until the FBI indicted or something else happened to hand him the nomination. Well, it has. Even the New York Times is starting to panic.
A very important unanswered question I have is: Why did the IG – an Obama appointee – publish the report now?
As far as I can determine the IG as under no hard timeline to do so.
My theory is that had the IG not released it they would have put themselves in the firing line for criminal obstruction charges. And that that did not become evident to them until they got wind of guccifers testimony and proof that hillarys server had been hacked.
Knowing that the IG released the report that at its core maintains that the state Dept did not approve the server and that they were not aware (up until guccifer delivered proof) that the server had been successfully hacked.
To continue to stall and delay findings would make them accessories after the fact.
Translation:
The IG isn’t going to fall on his sword on behalf of Hillary’s presidential bid.
Sacrifice is not a word that resonates with political operatives…

Unless reckless endangerment of national secrets is a crime, Hillary will skate away from prosecution via the Obama legacy run. Who cares if he hates her, an indictment for crimes while under his watch would taint him. Let’s get real here. No IG or FBI investigation, however damning, will change that.
If the Dems have to lose the election in the process, so be it. So he shadow punches Trump without mentioning Hillary.
Her criminal intent seems clear to all but Hillary supporters and Loretta Lynch, so we’re done. All the comrades say it’s no big deal.

One suspects that with Hillary, the misbehavior is like an iceberg. What you can plainly see is nothing compared to what’s lurking under the waterline.
I can’t see there being any plausible way that no one in the State Dept, and including the president did not know that Hillary was using a private server.
The job of Sec of State is not one that resides in a vacuum and anyone in gov’t sending e-mails to her department, (and higher ups conversing with her personally via e-mail) would have to be aware that her e-mail address didn’t have an official gov’t stamp on it.
No, the only conclusion one can draw here is that this was known from very early on in her tenure and was given a pass for whatever reason.
It appears the gov’t rot runs so deep that it is now considered acceptable to break any rules one deems expedient to their own personal benefit and consequences be damned.
Watching Shrillary TRY to sound human … normal … friendly … and not her usual cross, imperious, and aloof self … has been quite humorous. She oozes wretchedness, and vile hate. A congenital LIAR … who even out-lies Obama.
However, as the first act of a Trump Administration DoJ, I can see a sudden indictment of Madam Mao …. You never know…. To show they are serious about cleaning up DC?
Maybe the FBI will have some insight into that question. Unless the addressee was somehow changed or removed, like security markings, of course State apparatchiks should have known. Remember the State Dept is getting it’s knuckles rapped while Hillary is claiming she’s no worse than anyone else.
Too bad the State IG has singled out her cavalier, possibly criminal conduct for nasty criticism in their review, while noting she and her staff were the only ones who refused to cooperate with their “security review.” Nobody else used a homebrewed server which clearly put the nation’s secrets up for grabs.
A lot of bad reports await. I don’t think he’s particular credible, but Romanian hacker Gucifer has struck a deal with the feds. Given her improperly State seconded server master, for whom not one email on State business has been found, already took the fifth and is cooperating with the FBI, she is in big trouble. Recall it’s his hacking of WH reviled Sidney Blumenthal’s email that got this whole thing started.
Unless of course it’s all been planned and Pagliano is a plant who will protect her. I doubt the FBI is that stupid with such a high profile perp, but we will see. Will she now refuse to cooperate with the FBI, citing her schedule is too busy? Perhaps the State IG should again invite her for a sitdown.
Meanwhile, Clinton aide Mills is required to testify in a civil trial matter around FOIA. Any bets she will again claim privilege as Clinton’s lawyer. That’s the ticket, only hire lawyers, then none can be forced to testify against you owing to privilege – yeah Hillary.
Hillary has been caught in lie after lie.
Then again, lying and even getting caught is not big deal to the Clintons. Remember Bubba’s famous “I did not have sex with that with that woman.”
I know, it depends on what your definition of “is” is.
They just pick one obscure, irrelevant phrase in a sea of contradictory data, then use that to justify they’ve done nothing wrong or untoward.

socialism is an ideology, and obumbles is incapable of being an dialog, as he is a pathological narcissist, (and liar, they run hand in hand). So his narcissism will not allow any ideology to set in, tho he does adhere to socialistic concepts, but, as with his Intel reports, which he does not read, he knows better. I have a SIL who is a pathological narcissist, so I’v had a front row seat to one of these fools.
We are a part of government: Barack Obama. He believes in the primacy of the state over the individual. That’s current democratic-socialism boilerplate dogma. The fact he’s a narcissist (so is Trump btw, whatever) of the highest order doesn’t change that. The fact he is in permanent partisan mode doesn’t change that. The fact that he is an ignoramus who is easily led by Al Gore on climate change and Hillary Clinton on Libya doesn’t change that. The fact he’s a nasty piece of work (they bring a knife, you bring a gun) doesn’t change that.
The fact that Trump is even more cunning and nasty than either Hillary or Obama will hopefully change that.
