I was struck by the end of the article: “He is from Colorado Springs and police there say his post is covered by free speech and they do not intend to investigate.” Is that how the law is really interpreted in Colorado Springs? Would this broad interpretation of free speech be applied if it were directed at supporters of Mrs Clinton?
