  1. While on the subject of lisps …
    Justin has been out and about today calling for a leaders meeting.
    http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/refugee-crisis-canada-election-2015-trudeau-leaders-1.3217635
    Watch the video.
    It is short, just over a minute.
    JT states that he is interested in talking to the other leaders, particularly PM Harper.
    A reporter asks;
    ” Have you reached out to them ?”
    JT responds;
    ” We are in the process of sending out invitations. ”
    So many wrongs, so quickly.
    He sandbagged both PM Harper and Mr. Mulcair by announcing this to the media.
    He then gave Mulcair an extra little slap.
    Apparently Elizabeth May’s attendance is not required.
    Well, even a blind squirrel can find a broken clock.
    BUT ‘invitations’? Really!
    Will there a be a ‘P.S. BYOB, casual dress’, at the bottom.
    Apparently, the invitations were not ready.
    Neither is Justin.

  2. Good analysis…for what its worth, Justin sees himself in a much brighter light than most others do…inside that self satisfied shell there appears a lost soul.
    Makes sense when one considers that having accomplished very little, Justin is trying to fast track his life’s mediocre accomplishments into one grandiose cred that he neither deserves nor has earned. Nor does he particularly care as to the consequences.
    A sad caricature indeed!

  3. Cal2: This is my take on this story, and what I commented on CBC.Ca. And I assume it will be deleted before long.
    ”It’s a funny thing about leftists and how they always have a camera handy when negative events unfold. On August 17 of 2011, famous French actor Gerard Depardieu was caught urinating in a wine bottle on a plane while on a flight from Paris to Dublin, spilling a small amount of urine on the carpet.. In typical leftist fashion, the London Telegraph ran the story. Of what use would such a story serve the public but to hurt the actor’s reputation? It was later disclosed that Mr. Depardieu had prostate problems that caused him to urinate frequently. He was forced to do so because the washrooms on the plane were locked. Was it right to mock a person about such a situation? Of what purpose does this (CBC) story serve but to hurt this person’s reputation?? And let’s not forget that the same network that published this story are the same people that told us that the Syrian boy’s family (the boy who was found dead on the beach last week) had made arrangements to come to Canada. None of that was true, thus how much of this story is true??” (End of quote.)
    Many men, as they age, have prostate problems that force them to urinate frequently. I don’t believe there’s a law that says you can’t urinate in a cup. (Best to rinse the cup though.)
    Unless you’ve experienced the inconvenience of having that condition, you wouldn’t understand.

  4. Well Jerry Bance is quite the imp!
    That’s about all I got out of the story.
    Then there’s Judy or Julie Sgro and her imported strippers.
    Not that I have anything against women with no clothes. I’m a fan in fact…..

  5. EBD: Thanks for the song!!
    Everyone has a day that day in their lives that they want to remember forever. A couple of years ago, my son and I went out on the ocean on a warm summer day. He has a 18 foot inboard, powered by a Chevy engine. The ocean was calm, everything about the day was perfect. We pulled up to a small island, had lunch at an Italian style bistro, then went home a few hours later. Every time I hear this song, I think of that day. And if any of you recall the movie ”Mr. Bean’s Holiday,” you’ll connect.

  6. eastern paul: The Girl From Ipenema. (1964)
    That song has such an ”International” ring to it! Great song to listen to while driving around the city on a warm rainy night, in a black 1964 Ford Galaxy 500 2dr., with a pretty girl by your side. And no seat belts!!
    This ad will tell you why!

  7. Arctic researchers in northern Russia have been taken hostage after five polar bears surrounded their weather research station.
    “People living in the Arctic must be prepared to face with a polar bear,” researcher Viktor Nikiforov said in a statement. “However, the station staff have no weapons. In addition, employees are not provided with stripping, and the station area is not fenced.”
    …“Yesterday came the bear is near the house,” one researchers said in a statement. “Three times a mechanic fired a signal of the hunter (a small rocket launcher), as the bear did not even scared. Flare was able to drive away, and the close. ”

  8. Over at Green Infidel “Tolerant” policing in the New Britain”
    While the British police and judicial system are all-too-keen to clamp down on racism and speeding, dishing out long jail sentences (when the culprits are white), it seems they are somewhat more laissez-faire, when the perpetrators are culture enrichers…

  9. Ignorance is no excuse for liberals or leftists, ISIS boasts of sending fighters to Europe through Muslim migration, wealthy Arab countries won’t take them for that reason, and European intelligence agencies confirm it too. What will liberal politicians and their media say to future victims of terror and their families?
    “Sorry, but it made me feel good at the time”?

  10. The Omar Khadr Supreme Court of Canada hearing (broadcast 9/5/2015}
    This was a disgraceful Show trial with the Crown Attorney disorganized and barely able to make a coherent argument. The Lawyer representing “International LAW” made pronouncements (Judgements) without reference to the relevant articles of Treaties. Shame on the Supreme Court of Canada.
    The USA must never transfer another prisoner to Canada or any other Country that lacks the fundamental judicial sense of justice or Sovereignty.
    IMHO Justice demands the return of Omar Khadr to the USA to serve his sentence.

  11. Much as it’s gross to us. Urine is actually quite sterile, it was used as a blood substitute in the war for transfusions. And Ghandi used to drink a pint of his own everyday. A process reflux to us engineers
    Lucky we don’t have one of his pavilions at folkfest

    “In migrant crisis, German generosity comes under fire”
    “Pressure is mounting on Germany and other nations to scale back their generous policies welcoming refugees, with opponents including some of the region’s most influential leaders arguing that the promise of aid is enticing more and more asylum seekers to make a break for Western Europe.”

    Just in case your Neanderthal ancestors or even cromagnon ancestors capabilities of grilling meat over a fire, cbc will enlighten you . It was invented by slaves way up in the 18 th century. Everyone else must have been doing pastries up until then
