  1. A few shots of Saskatchewan home brew and a handful of garlic with every meal will fix you right up!
    Hope you’re feeling better soon.

  2. The eco-freaks and over populationists(Paul Ehrlich,Prince Phillip etc)would welcome the return of the black plague to reduce the so called over population and the population Bomb poppycock

  3. Had a nasty flu go through here last winter, I finally understood what the survivors of the 1918 pandemic meant when they described finding people dead in their cabins.
Could not breathe, could not get warm and could not find energy to save my ass.
If I had been living in a remote cabin and had to gather wood and water, no way.
The modern luxury of hot baths, airtight stoves and central heating.
Kate try soaking in a very hot bath, might ease what ails you.

  4. It seems that every day is the hottest day on record when you’re a liberal and selling wind turbines.
Tonight Radio-Canada, the French CBC out of Regina ran another ”install solar panels and wind turbine and reduce CO2” BS story claiming that Saskatchewan is the sunniest and windiest place in Canada. Yeah–that it is. But when the wind dies and the sun goes down, you still need backup.

  5. Val Marie, Sask near Grasslands National Park.

“Will an act of Grace derail Mélanie Joly’s Liberal candidacy?”
“Grace Batchoun (r), put a smile on her loss after being defeated for the Liberal party candidacy in Ahuntsic-Cartierville by Mélanie Joly (second from right) on Sunday. But citing several factors including numbers on a voting list she contends don’t add up, Batchoun announced yesterday she is appealing the result of the vote.”

  7. plainsfyre…don’t you know that the magic solar panels produce power after the sun goes down? Get with the program. Spain proved it for years….oppppppssss…ignore that generator running at night. You cannot fix stupid. To borrow from Phantom…hippie and eco-nut punching is never wrong. And why are the Germans, supposedly the smartest people on Earth, so stupid when it comes to this scam? Lemmings comes to mind.(ask Adolph…he had the stupid side nailed)

  8. Liberal math is hard.

“What a shock. She is appealing on “simple math”, the single greatest deficiency that Trudeau suffers from. Of course then he did say the budget will balance itself.”

  9. Has anyone been following the media-political narratives obfuscating the truth of the Virginia reporter shooting? The 23 page “manifesto” the deranged Black-gay shooter sent to the station before the killings, made it abundantly clear the motivation for the murders was race and sexual orientation motivated – he wanted to start or continue the race war.
The traitor in the whitehouse and his fart-catchers in the media are making this about guns – in spite of the fact they are both culpable in the crime by inflaming racial violence. But they will attempt to pass unconstitutional color-of-law backdoor gun confiscation legislation using the false narrative and emotional irrationality as justification.
Can we be far from a US red state revolution? It seems the current administration is actually pushing for a backlash – this administration just finished running nation-wide military training ops (Jade helm) where the troops were deployed directly against Americans in an urban warfare operation.

  10. Sorry, forgot to post this quote with my last message on the Virginia shooter.
From the manifestio this deranged Black-Gay-Media journo left –
“Why did I do it? I put down a deposit for a gun on 6/19/15. The Church shooting in Charleston happened on 6/17/15…”
“What sent me over the top was the church shooting. And my hollow point bullets have the victims’ initials on them.”
It is unclear whose initials he is referring to. He continues, “As for Dylann Roof? You (deleted)! You want a race war (deleted)? BRING IT THEN YOU WHITE …(deleted)!!!”
Seems clear to me the race war , the flames of which the MSM and Obama purposely fan) was the motive for the shooting. NO gun law will stop that. The Whitehouse and media are complicit in this crime.

  11. http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2015/08/26/disabled-man-told-subsidized-housing-is-for-muslims-only.html
A man is refused subsidized housing in Toronto because he is NOT Muslim. The housing development is subsidized by the city to the tune of 1.7 million bucks per year.
Isn’t THIS precisely why the Human Rights Commissions were set up in the first place, to combat discrimination in housing rental?
The Toronto Star, in their usual display of courage, do NOT allow comments on this article.

  12. Taxpayers federation 42% in taxes.
Douglas Adams was right the conservative answer is 42.
the Libtard version is all you have plus a buck and a few thousands borrowed against your grandchildren’s potential income..

  13. It is, actually, impossible to say who runs the Liberal Party. The current President is one Anna Gainey, who is certainly not a well-known person. Justin is the “Leader”, but when it comes to actual policy, who knows what that means? Warren Kinsella might actually be the eminence grise who controls everything, for all we know. The backroom boys might actually be numerate. Or not.
People who vote Conservative, and people who vote NDP, will have some idea of what will happen if their party wins. Not so anyone who votes Liberal.

  14. And then there is smallpox. It is certainly a contender with the Black Death for the worst disease ever to hit the human race. The first symptoms of smallpox are similar to the flu. And then the skin erupts.

  15. Apart from anything else, the correct and standard way of reporting that two quantities differ by less than their standard errors is to say, “quantity A and quantity B agree within standard error.” Anything else is ipso facto fraudulent.

  16. I was raised on a farm in SW Sask near the Canada-USA border. The Jacobs Windmill Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota built some of the best windmills, they utilized 32 volt DC units and later on 110 Volts DC. Jacobs almost always used a Delco gasoline powered backup generator to charge the 16 x 2 volt lead acid batteries. The Jacobs units were easily identified by their tripod towers and the three blade turbines that were governed by weights.
In the mid 1930s with the construction of the Fort Peck dam near Glasgow, Montana, farmers switched to 110-220 volts AC power from various suppliers. Jacobs towers, generators etc. made their way across the border into Saskatchewan and Alberta. My Dad never bothered with a wind turbine, we just used 16 x 2 volt glass batteries and recharged them with the gas engine every night. We had a Fairbanks-Morse unit. About 40 miles from our farm, by the early 1950’s, the town of Ferland, Saskatchewan, a prosperous French Catholic community was entirely powered by several Jacobs wind tower units; that was most likely a first in Saskatchewan. However they still required backup from gasoline engines and generators at night and on wind free days.
The arrival of a central power stations near Glasgow, Estevan and later Coronach were greeted with open arms by all. The availability of 110-220 volts AC year round, day and night was a boon. No more dead batteries, faulty generators and engines that failed to start.
To this day, a farm or home still requires a gas or diesel backup unit in order to make a wind turbine or solar panels viable without the power line. I can’t believe that people would even dream of giving up 10 cent a kilowatt power for that expensive and often unreliable equipment. A power plant is Ok at a remote hunting or fishing cottage, or beside a tent in the Yukon. If you want to blow money on a wind turbine or solar panels, go for it. But the king is still central power from coal, gas or uranium.

  17. Never–never–never trust a Quebec Pollster!! Going back to PET Trudeau’s 1968 campaign, they’ve fudged the numbers to their advantage at every major election.
Eric Grenier, who is the head of CBC’s ”ThreeHundredEight.com” (Do we need to ponder on who the CBC supports??) today, has Mulcair in a near 10% lead over Harper. Yet Nanos, at just past midnight last night, had Harper in a slight lead over Mulcair. I could live with 2-3 % discrepancies between competitive pollster, but an 11% difference!! Give me break!! And why is the margin of error always in Mulcair’s favor!
    Wake up Canada!!
