  1. If Justin’s name were Darryl Grudzinski would anybody anywhere listen to anything he said?

  2. “JustinT– ‘There is a level of admiration I actually have for China because their basic dictatorship is allowing them to actually turn their economy around on a dime.'”
Well, to be fair, what with this latest Chinese stock market catastrophe, China may only have a dime now.

  3. Well, at least the wannabe Dauphin is consistently wrong – got to be points for that right?

  4. Of course he admires them. They have perfected what he wants to do to Canuckistan.

  5. Justin T is probably so naive that he doesn’t know that totalitarian systems have as much problem with internal politics as democratic ones, if not more.

  6. Justin learned at his Pappa’s knee,Pierre was a great fan of Commie regimes. Lets face it, Mulcair and the NDP are no trade off either. Canadians have some serious decision making come October, there’s really only one choice for Canada at this juncture with the economic engine of the country in the hands of the NDP wrecking crew and Ontario with an irresponsible Liberal crew in denial of their rickety economic situation.

pspawn is the paris hilton of canadian politics. put him in a tim horton’s uniform and nobody’d look twice.
the media have to take their share of the blame for dumbing down the conversations in canadian politics & elsewhere…
“But in the years since unshaven pits caused a collective furor in both Hollywood and my middle school, armpit hair has slowly made its way from the recesses of the hippie ghetto to become summer 2015’s hottest fashion accessory.”
    i swear… i got nuthin’.

  8. What freaks me out even more than hearing a potential(ha)Canadian PM say those words is a Canadian media that doesn’t freak out all over his stupid ass. They truly are agents of the leftist agenda but all their spin still won’t be able to save the “boy blunder” from himself.
BTW, whenever I see some PC-trained media host covering Remembrance Day I am often sickened by their talk of sacrifice when their own self-serving beliefs and actions betray those very same sacrifices.

  9. Well, we had Stephane Dion, who was a serious politician if a little rigid and green; and then Michael Count Ignatieff, who is at least a serious writer; and we thought them problematic for the position of Prime Minister; so the Liberals cogitated and brought us The Hairdo – it is not true that Justin only has his name gong for him.

  10. Yes Dion was a good politician, and Iggy was/is probably to the right of Harper in many ways, but the Conservative slot was filled, so like PeeAir Turdaloo, he ran as a lieberal. PeeAir was a commy, but smart enough to know that he would not achieve his goal as a communist or dipper, so he lowered himself to lieberal status. Hillary is the same type of opportunist. She was a GOP until she met Bill. She even stated to ppl that Bill would one day be pres. These are the types that should never be let near the levers of power. At least Dion was an honest liberal. JustIN is an incompetent idiot.

  11. Now do you understand why I refer to him as Kim Justin-il?
The National Post article is dated 8 Nov. 2013, when he made the comments, which have been discussed here previously. If there’s one thing that ought to disqualify him from becoming PM, it’s precisely the high regard he has for coercive dictatorships. The Conservatives should be hammering away at this, preferably with some sign of intellectual comprehension rather than just their usual heavy hand.
It’s not true that China can “turn the economy around on a dime”, as coercion cannot help an economy. What you need is a free market with a price system to allocate goods effectively that allows individuals to benefit from their own individual judgment.

  12. I agree, but sadly do not think that will happen. Note the results in Ontario’s last election and more recently Alberta’s. LIVs pay no attention and are only concerned with the amount of free lunch that is promised.
