Long range weather forecast shows the first week of consecutive daytime temperatures above 0 deg.C is slated for the 2nd week in March - that's about 2 weeks out from normal and this will be the 4th year in a row winter has hung on longer than normal - this trend seems to confirm NASA's observation that the decrease in sun spot activity will create a solar system wide cold spell of up to 15 years (going on previous sun spot doldrums).

The other point this demonstrates to all but the deeply delusional true believers is that the sun is the climate engine of the solar system - and as long as we are in this orbit, it is the sun which drives climate - not UN kleptocrats.

There was a time when a lone man spoke out against conventional wisdom and he was excommunicated for his belief. We are once again facing a period when we are reviled for opposing 'conventional wisdom' (science). Science has been coerced into AGW by functional illiterates. They have sold their soles to politicians who's only ambition in life is to squeeze more tax money out of the taxpayer to live a life that they could not afford in the real world. Politicians and scientists of the likes of Gore, Suzuki and May and God knows how many others have carved a niche for themselves in the great Ponzi Scheme of Global Warming. They are front and center telling us how to live our lives, while living well above the level that most of us can only dream about. Meanwhile scientists that oppose 'conventional wisdom' are relegated to the dust-bin of history. I've mentioned before about the Libby-Pandolfi theory, https://stevengoddard.wordpress.com/2011/06/01/libby-and-pandolfi-were-correct/, you probably haven't heard of them or it because they have been all but relegated to the dust-bin of history and we may be the poorer for that.

If you can bear watching the weather network for any length of time beyond a forecast you'll notice the mantra is all about "extreme" weather. Nauseating.
