They're Asking For It

CBC disappointed By 'Distressingly Low' Campus Rape Numbers;

Has the CBC hired that disgraced Rolling Stone rape beat reporter or something?

Ha! Show's what you know. At a cost to taxpayers of over $1 billion a year, the CBC is perfectly capable of screwing up their own narrative all by themselves, thanks.

And this is related: "Two of the five William Paterson University students who were accused of an on-campus gang rape last fall, but were cleared of the charges when a grand jury refused to indict them, have filed notices indicating their intent to sue the school..."

Can't keep the rape culture hysteria gravy train running when there aren't enough rapes to fuel it, eh?

But I guess the low number is all part of rape culture too.

Yeah, I read this article earlier today at CBC and was, as usual, not surprised by the commenters, most of whom seem to believe there is something seriously wrong with our campus rape numbers.

I didn't bother to comment.

Canadian colleges need to re-enact the old "eyeball rape" laws our Southern democrats were so fond of early in the 20th century. Any man who looks at a woman in a way she finds offensive, should be considered a rapist. This would get those numbers up,and everyone can go home happy.

Exactly when did the world turn upside down and the insane start to take over? I'm getting old, can't quite pinpoint the moment.

I guess when it's endemic in your own organization you are surprised that it isn't rampant elsewhere.

And why isn't CBC investigating its own rape culture like they are supposed to be doing since the Ghomeshi revelations?

A cynic might come to the conclusion that the feminazis
aren't content to "lose their rape epidemic on campus"
turn to shine this season even if their prime fiction
script collided with reality and crashed, plus burned,
at the first hurdle.
Just as with Globull Warming, etc.,the Communalist
Broadcasting Collective can be counted on to carry
forward its sacred if dead and rotting cows long
after more sensible marxists have tossed in the
towel and moved on to more interesting initiatives.

Absolutely crapulous work by the CBC, even by its low standards.

"Overall, experts say the number of sexual assaults reported to Canadian post-secondary schools is surprisingly low, and an indication that they are doing a poor job of encouraging students to come forward."

So it's not that the number is actually low, it's that the REAL numbers are being covered up. Does the CBC investigate this possibility of unreported cases? If they had and there were, they would have shouted it from the rooftops. Lazy, useless, lying slackers.

Canada turned upside down on, I think, June 25, 1968.

Don't forget when the Conservatives state that a lot of crime is going unreported, the CBC goes ballistic.

Mike; Can't speak for Don Morris, but I do think he will agree with the date as least being in the running as the "upside down" date. Cheers;

Hold your horses and give it a few years...Aunt Kathy is grooming the children of Ontario to be hyper sexed before they leave elementary school. They will get the same indoctrination convicted pedophiles use to normalize sexual encounters with children. I'm not exaggerating.

Down here on the Rock our students are very social. However, although we have the full complement of feminizes, rape is extremely rare. Attempted rape - well, I''ve heard of maybe 2 cases in 20 years - something like that. A walk-safe program was set up but it withered because it wasn't used afar the novelty had worn off.

The media a re a bunch of creeps who are always trying to get their jollies from students and their doings.

Data does not agree with theory, therefore the data is wrong.

Global warming anyone?

Meet the new left scientific method: the old Lysenkoist method.

No problem, next CBC will agitate for more"Asian" immigrants to help boost these numbers.
What was the name of that British town where the cops and council all played the three monkeys for the benefit of rapacious Pakistanis?

I'm confused. Does the CBC want more rapes or more alleged rapes?

Late 1960's. Gloria Steinem, Jane Fonda.

There are plenty of rapes in Syria and Iraq. Perhaps someone should report on those?

Oh, yeah... brown people with Third World problems are of no concern of pudgy white people with First World problems.

There seems to be a major push on this Narrative in the various dreary, brainwashed corners of the 'net I keep tabs on.
They react to people seeing through their bullshit by shoveling even more.
My $.2 anyways.

Does this also explain the 'low' rape numbers at the CBC?
Low levels of reporting?

And do these poor guys think a "wise Latina" judge will find in their favour?

Low number of rapes on campus, i.e. it's safe to go to school there. Gee, they make it sound like that's a bad thing.
