Operation Nero

"Strategic Patience".

Critics accuse the administration of being too slow to act in Syria and Russia. In a new strategy document, the White House will say that was the plan all along.

Hmm, "Operation Nero", somewhere in there, where exactly do the Christians enter the amphitheater to entertain the masses as lions lunch?

Oh yeah, that is already happening...

Cheers

Meanwhile, in the Records Department of the Ministry of Truth, Winston Smith is winding up his revision of the statement about chocolate rationing before announcing that George W. Bush called ISIS the JayVee team.......

I'm with Phantom.

Bunch of leftist retards without the slightest clue, replacing the old, tired "it's Bush's mess" excuse with the "we know much more than you do - don't worry it's all part of our plan" excuse.

Pathetic.

I think Obama is a terrible president. I think this phony convoluted "policy", is cobbled together excuses. However, isn't it really time that the US forget about these non-ending entanglements? Let people in the region settle their own matters?

It's too bad the Ukrainians are suffering and losing land to the Russians, but what can the Americans do about it? Start WWIII? Who wants that? The Ukraine has been under Russia for centuries.

If Iraq and Afghanistan taught us anything, intervention arguably makes things worse, and costs a pretty penny in lives and treasure to get that lousy result.

In other news Brian Williams to be named Obamas chief propegandist and chief editor of the NEW YORK SLIMES

Sounds like something written by NASA/NOAA's climate modellers...

I don't think its really deep thinking strategy, its more likely simply bone idle lazy is the cause.

We should all be thankful for "lazy". Just think how bad things could be if he were really trying . . .

There's one for the books: the "sitting on ones hands strategy".
Standard operating procedure for this (elite?) bunch.

On the other hand, maybe Obama has been boning up on the French strategy of 1940.

This is akin to the " a broken clock tells the correct time twice a day " version of foreign policy

I can easily believe that the Obama administration's plan all along was to be too slow to act.

Obama's whole administration has been one of, "I don't know what procrastination means but I'll look it up later".

It only took them 6 years to figure out how to name their total incompetence?

They should have asked Lying Brian Williams, he's an expert on these sorts of matters.

Strategic patience: newspeak for "we don't have a ******g clue."

Strategic patience, hmm. The man is WAY too smart for me to comprehend his genius. I give up,and will just defer to those who claim he's the most intelligent President ever.

Y'know,I always figured Eisenhower jumped the gun on June 6th/44. If they had just been strategically patient, the Germans probably would have tired of the whole "conquer the world" thing, and gone home in a few months,to live in peace to this day.

If only Winston and FDR and Uncle Joe and our Mac had been as brilliant as our current President!

If only.

*zing!*
