I am an avid...make that hard core fisherman. I care about our fish habitat and the fisheries well being. That said however, the day I put trying to sustain a 3" smelt in polluted water or try to revitalize a river that has historically run dry in drought years above the needs of my family and neighbors to quality food,water and maintaining a vibrant agricultural industry is the day you can tie me to my boat motor and throw me overboard.

I can't imagine how anyone can be so fu--ing stupid that they would destroy an entire state for the sake of an unrealistic pipe dream.

We have reached the point in tie where we no longer have a word in the English language that can adequately be used to define this degree of stupidy!
