Wearing niqab to a Citizenship Ceremony is spitting in the mouth of the new country foolishly welcoming these colonists. Leave aside the fact there is no religious requirement to embag women, except an ideal of 'modesty', this control measure marks the property of a mohammedan, not to be touched by believers (and unmarked women are not the property of believers ie: fair game to abuse aka "cat meat").
Nothing will be settled with this cult, and we are 14 centuries away from the beginning of their conquests, unless and until their Church and State separation happens.

Someone has to explain to me how showing your face at a citizenship ceremony is instilling fear.

Does this mean the JT believes that the Unknown Comic, should he want to be a Canadian citizen ... doesn't have to take off the bag? ... he might be a Muslem.
