I was there – nothing important happened. One of the defense lawyers and the prosecutor discussed a few procedural issues and agreed to continue on January 9. The coverage will be difficult, because the judge imposed a publication ban (to protect the witnesses) at the first hearing. So far, nothing related to case has been discussed, if we exclude the arraignment. That courthouse is quite small and its clients appear to be mostly petty criminals from the nearby Jane/Finch neighbourhood (predominantly Jamaican and Somalian).
Well, we don’t tar and feather but having large numbers of people gathering outside the courthouse when such a person is appearing would at least show this individual people take this stuff seriously. There can be nothing more revolting than using little children or even babies to make child porn and those who view it are beyond sick, they’re evil.
The people of Ontario need to send a message to Wynne and Sandals their sex education plan is not acceptable for young children. They need to be stopped, even McGuinty backed away from it.

Is this really a revelation on how the GTA media shows wilful disinterest where the crimes of the Ontario Liberal political cabal is concerned?
They blanked out on Caledonia, they blanked out on Nanticoke, they blanked out again and on the G20 police lawlessness, and pension bailouts and property evaluation scams, and smart meters and electric rates and on and on – but mostly the GTA media was totally deficient in reviewing the long list of Liberal crimes and malfeasance at Wynn’s LPO coronation.
With possibly the greatest Liberal scandal to date, I would expect the crony GTA media to double their disinterest – perhaps even apologise for, or promote moral deficiency as a desirable trait in in bureaucrats. Like their brethren elsewhere, the GTA media abandoned their public watchdog role when they became part of the current political power structure.
ISIS should be looked upon as just another islamic terrorists orgainization aided and abbeted by the UNITED NATIONS and WORLD LEADERS
well now Occam, your razor cut too deeply, the LSM does not want to be seen as too aggressive on this one for fear of being labeled as anti-Semitic, you know some are quite sensitive in that area
In this case as in many other cases, as Occam enumerated some of them, the media stands with its own ideological partners no matter how heinous.

Gotta love Faith Goldie and Ezra and the rest, though I am always mystified of Michaels Coren’s reverence for the late Christopher Hitchens, who seems to have taken great glee in berating dead, saintly nuns. The fact, if it is so, that she took money from the Duvals, is perfectly fitting as a form of penance (not to say you can buy your way out of Hell) but I’m sure the money was returned to Haitians, as I have never heard reports of Teresa living it up in the nightclubs of Tirana!
