  21. The British bureaucrat long ago crossed over past the absurd (Monty Python circa 1972) and into the ridiculous. The statist dhimmitude (Muslim outreach and reverse discrimination) is now institutionalized in the UK to the point where any reasonable moral judgement on blatant acts of Islamic supremacy is considered a thought crime. The Islamic thugs could be shot or rounded-up relatively easily. It’s the ruling and political class infected with multi-culti nihilism that has poisoned the well. UKIP is their only hope.

    Why do we accept so-called “moderate” Muslims as being less of a threat to the World when they sit back and watch as their fellow Muslims kill and terrorize in the name of Islam? It’s starting to look like two flanks working together to accomplish a common goal, world dominance.

  24. Ontario is a basket case of Liberal derangement syndrome, the people are what people elect and in Ontario that’s a majority. The voters defied all principles of honesty and even common sense by electing a corrupt pack of liars to ply their trade for four more long years.
    As for the OPP, they’re ruled by the government, McGuinty couldn’t/wouldn’t deal with Caledonia because of his criticism of how Mike Harris dealt with the Indian uprising at Ipperwash.
    Any OPP going against government orders would have to act on principle rather than follow orders to do the right thing, that would take guts and loss of their job. Julian Fantino could have taken the matter into his own hands but chose not to, he will wear his handling of Caledonia for the gutless McGuinty.

  26. Precisely. That’s not the way it is supposed to work, but that is certainly the way it does.
    Simply put, if Fantino was in fact ordered not to put a stop to the crimes at Caledonia, then he had the option of doing the honourable thing: tendering his resignation on the grounds that he was unable to uphold his sworn duties to the citizens of Ontario.

    When the police chiefs start playing politics, you can expect politicians to start playing police chief.
