The choice is simple: trade with a free democratic First World nation like South Korea or the vile one-party and heavily polluted hellhole like China.

Maybe one shouldn't be surprised that the Green Party objected to South Korea. After, their ideological counter-parts in the Liberal party think that China is just grand even though it owns North Korea and threatens South Korea's sovereignty.

When originally formed, the Green Party was pro-trade and commerce, and reasonably palatable to average Canadians.

Now they're just pro-poverty.

The only redeeming factor of the Green Party is its role in splitting the mindless vote with the Spawn. Other than that, it is simply a political home for the uber green-theocracy. The NDP has their own version within a more watermelon variety. They all must be humoured to remain separate parties as combined with the liberals they would be a permanent majority and the ruin of the nation.

Exactly. I always campaign for the greens in every election, and then vote conservative. Every person I can convince that voting for the greens is the only ethical choice to 'save the planet', is one less vote for the lieberals. I also appear to support the NDP for the same reasons. It's worked so far both regionally and nationally, hopefully it will continue. The nutters are easily steered into the green or ndp camp. The only group that can't be swung are those who will vote for JT because they imagine they would like to fukc him.

Two Americans who moved here as adults are trying to ruin the economy. What ever happened to the nasty American style politics the Conservatives are accused of employing.
