"Islam is a religion and a state. And it is impossible to separate the two."

Now that was a good video. Covered all the bases. Its dated but man has what he said ever increased with even more death.

The precedent was in WWII, The Japanese Shinto religion and the Japanese Emperor (the state) were recognized by Japan to be the same. The US Supreme court eventually ruled that when a religion becomes a state and the religion becomes a belligerent, then it is no longer covered by the First Amendment. At that time, the US Constitution was not supposed to be a suicide pact. However, now the marxist libruls, for the furtherance of their causes, have been trying to make it a suicide pact. If our muslim president had the benefit of The United States,(and the Premier of Canada also) at heart, Islam would be declared a belligerent power and banned in both countries. Then watch all those fence sitting islamic countries scramble to get back in our good graces.

As I continuously emphasize, separation of Church and State is a purely Christian concept. For Islams, Sharia law is THE LAW and the UMMA is THE STATE, which is impelled by The Prophet to dominate the world.

Walid Shoebat (or his son Ted) call for the arming of the Christians against ISIS. Good point every time the west partners with Islamic nations, those nations return the favor by becoming the next wave of enemies.

A-10's would help separate the two. If only those snake-like Turk's would co-operate,with a base for the planes.

Just like ebola.

There is nothing to worry about here.

Breathtaking stupidity from Scott Taylor on this topic regarding IS:

http://thechronicleherald.ca/opinion/1243305-on-target-isis-decision-must-bring-end-to-fear-mongering#disqus_thread

To Scott Taylor and other useful idiots - the threat is not the military capability of IS to threaten us directly. The threat is letting them set up another base from which to plan and execute attacks against their own people and the West, and to encourage and bankroll attacks on us from within.

I find it amusing when people say if GWB hadn't invaded Iraq IS wouldn't exist. Is that like saying is Clinton had taken out Bin Laden when they had the chance, there wouldn't have been a 9/11?

Hmmm?

Listen to the Islamist rhetoric - they will bring suffering to the west, to their children - not as punishment for past deeds, but to encourage retaliation, then more attacks, culminating in holy war. Anyone who thinks Islamists are defending Muslims should check the body count against their own people.

They are violent, arrogant psychopaths who think they are superior to the West/infidels - imagine that, a bunch of thug rapist murderers acting superior over others as they defile their own people. They are a plague on all houses. Destroy them, wherever they are, whenever they pop up. To paraphrase, I think, Diane Francis, you can fight them over them or you can fight them over here. Either way, you have to fight them because they have declared war on you.

And, not because they feel excluded (they choose that for themselves) or poor (most come from comfortable backgrounds, such as the 9/11 hijackers) or are defending Islam (by killing other Muslims). It's all criminal BS and it irks me when politicians of supposed stature repeat this nonsense.

Muslim like some ideas that canbe disliked by nonmuslim but doing crime and killing innocent for purpose of politic or revvenge or terrorirm activities is crime internationally in all public society and grabe innocent and cut their head is definte sin and crime against human right for living. People not understand islam laws and. Make politic mix with it. Such. As muslim has different dress cod or food or clean body, pray god, fasting, behhavior marriage but. These different are not harm nonmuslim. We never any prophet of god order inoceent for revenge call it politic to gain power and money but defence only allowed.

I will accept islam as a religion when muslims, outside of muslim areas, are willing to step up and publicly denounce and condemn the tactics of their members. In WWII, the large number of Germans living in this country and Americans of German descent, along with Japanese, did just that. They condemned the atrocities of their old countries and joined the Army to help fight them. The muslims don't do that. They remain silent and will never criticize another muslim's actions nor act against them to support The United States or Canada. For that alone, they should never be allowed here again. They do not understand what it is that makes us Americans and Canadians, and it looks like to understand that is against their religion and politics.

"I find it amusing when people say if GWB hadn't invaded Iraq IS wouldn't exist. Is that like saying is Clinton had taken out Bin Laden when they had the chance, there wouldn't have been a 9/11?"

You think it's funny?

Islamists had already attacked the World Trade Centre in an attempt to bring it down when BJ Clinton was President in 1993.
Saddam Hussein had Islamic Fundies under control, just like Muammar Gaddafi had the Fundies under control in Libya and Hosni Mubarak had them under control in Egypt.
It took the United States Government to DEPOSE these guys and set the stage for these Islamic Fundamentalists to RUN RAMPANT!
Screw the question whether it's Clinton's fault or Bushes fault or Obama's fault.
It's the U.S.'s fault, they have this blood all over their hands, and even the A-holes on American conservative sites are dithering about whether or not it's their responsibility to deal with IS now.
HELL YES it's their Responsibility! The U.S. got rid of the gatekeepers and set these psychos free.

"Breathtaking stupidity from Scott Taylor..."

I dismissed Taylor forever when he was interviewed on TVO and dismissed Churchill as "a bigoted lout".

CANADA does not have capital punishment like USA. There is action ad expectation of reaction. Why harper put canadian security in threat deal and invloved in not finish action of american. We know 2000 excuation happend in more than 22 countriesin 2013. Irann killed. 2700. Iranian shah supporters and 6500 students of universities in their opsition and 2. Million iranian and iraqi in war with sadam and yearly. 600 exeecuation still. They can. Not put safteeyy. Better. It. Goes worst. Or american. And chinese execuation is not release to public. Canada is. Small population with different. Government why. We should follow american they did wrong now they should go and fix their mistake iran after 35 years may faced changed in their justice system if they can get rid of alqada isis and other wahabi in area but still iran is not like canada!

Yes?

Islam 100. Only Americans keep trying to invent their own brand.

Now kiddies, Islam 101: what is a Caliph? The word means, "Deputy of God." Got that? He is the religious
and the secular leader. And the military leader. Because God knows all, and his Deputy therefore knows -
not all perhaps, but more than any other living being. Of course, democracy is a mere distraction from
right governance.

The head of ISIS is called Caliph Ibrahim, and he uses the perfectly appropriate title "Amir al-Mu'minin ",
"Commander of the Faithful". He is said to be well-credentialled in Islam. I would say that anyone
who disagrees with his titles may dispute them with him, if they can.

As with the rapid successes of Muhammed and his Companions, many will interpret Caliph Ibrahim's
rapid successes, and the collapse of the Americans against him, as evidence of the favour of God.

Bomb all of Iran. Kill them all.

Well according to the author of this extensive column in the well-regarded american thinker there is a moderate muslim movement that does believe in the separation of mosque and state and it has been around for a very long time. Worth the read:

http://www.americanthinker.com/2011/09/the_true_story_of_moderate_islam.html

Yeah yeah yeah - we've all known moderate Muslims - my former colleague M. Irfan, the first
recognized Muslim in Nfld was one of them. A very nice gentleman - wouldn't hurt a fly. Of
course there are many Muslims like him who do retain their humanity. However, Americans
are utterly clueless about what is going on, and something in an organ called
"The American Thinker" is not likely to be informative.

The precedent for the impossibility of the separation of Church and State in Islam is not Imperial
Japan in the 20th century but Byzantium in the 7th C. The Emperor and the Patriarch were separate
people but they worked together, as was believed right and proper. Similarly with the Holy Roman
Empire.

There have been non-ferocious Muslims, even in the time of Muhammed p.b.u.h. As He knew well.
In fact He remarked that a man who has not been on jihad is, in a sense, a kind of apostate.
Apostates are not, BTW forgiven - another text says that Allah may forgive the apostate but we are
not allowed to do so.

"dismissed Churchill as "a bigoted lout" That tempts me to take a closer look at what he has to say. In some books, that is a good description of Churchill.

No, Bush finally achieved victory with the surge, the current prat through that victory away.

through threw

Yes, we have been here before.

Well no, Persians are perfectly OK but we must help them throw off the shackles of Islam that they have suffered under for 1400 years.

Send them ALL back to M.E. and let G O D sort it out.

Like any organizational pyramid there are the zealots at the top and various levels of minions down lower ranks to its base.

ISIS/ ISIL may be at the top of the Islamic fanaticism, but with over 1.2 billion practitioners you can work your way down the pyramid to high volumes of support, from logistics, to financial supporters, to sanctuary and arms suppliers, to simply turning a blind eye.

Adding in Western Liberal support & sympathy, Liberal elitist global social engineering, along with care-less elitist corporate agendas we have a BIG problem.

You evidently have a reading comprehension problem. My posting was only on the effect of the first Amendment of The United States Constitution. I bet I beat you six ways to Sunday on historical precedent. However, the great unwashed of The United Stated think the First Amendment is Absolute, along with our libruls and anyone who wants The US Constitution to protect their axe grinding. ONLY the US Supreme Court under the Constitution have the right and authority to judge the limits of constitutional protection. Not Constantine, Caesar, the TSAR, Zenobia, Suliman, and Obama.

My point was that the religion of the Empire of Japan was declared unprotected by judgement of the US Supreme Court because of its belligerence towards this country after the Perl Harbor attack. What you stated has no bearing on events in the United States! Until the muslims of this country start acting like citizens of this country, and continue their actions against this country, they are asking for similar treatment.

“The U.S. got rid of the gatekeepers and set these psychos free.”
Well said, this was the bases of my month’s long arguments with ET during the “Arab Spring”.

Allot of “Liberal” intelligentsia modeling on the poor little ewoks who just wanted an American Middle Class lifestyle, “if only we knocked the dictators out of the way”.

The real problem NOW, is that these same fanatics including their western educated leadership and financiers are well and safely entrenched in our own open border sanctuaries.

We need to deal with that problem first and foremost, or the “Extremists” will forever be magically popping out of their 500 million person gene pool in the Middle East.

"Bush finally achieved victory with the surge"

He did, did he? The people Bush was fighting signed a treaty or armistice or some sort of surrender? So who is IS, then? Where did they come from? Why is their leader named al-Baghdadi?

I think you're mistaken.

Bush achieved a level of stability that could only be maintained with a significant ongoing presence in Iraq as the locals who put on uniforms were in it for the wages not the fight. This is the stuff that exhausts empires.
