This surprises me not at all, given the political morons that have "graduated" from Harvard in recent years. And those morons are on both sides of the 49th.

Flippant quotes here do not hide the fact that a great majority of our youth have been exposed to the Alinsky-Chomsky-Klien playbook. There is no proof of what Obamba learned at Harvard because his academic records are court sealed.

ISIS/ISIL is a threat, no doubt about it – So why does Obamba and western nations leave the borders open so that they and other enemies of the west have easy access?

The question posed though is about “world stability”, and it’s the US economy, foreign policies, and it’s roll as the “world’s policeman” that gives it the power to affect global stability – at least in the interim.

ISIS/ISIL on the other hand is currently a regional conflict that is only allowed to grow by western intervention and open border policies that allow these murderous pigs to live in our communities and fund their Jihad from western sanctuaries.
