All of the parents should stop paying for school lunches. Send lunch from home.

She's not in an elected position or acting as a congressionally-approved public servant, yet she has managed to aggressively and unpleasantly intrude into a fundamental of daily life of millions of defenseless school children. The totalitarian impulse is strong in that one.

When my kids (now 25 and 28) were in elementary school I was one of those parents that the teaching staff despised because I went tooth and nail at them against this kind of crap. Back then it was more about banning nuts and peanut butter but there were other things too. My son wore a Marylin Manson t-shirt one day - just a silhouette type image, no verbiage - and he was sent home.

Send your kid to school with whatever you feel is good and healthy for them. Deal harshly with anyone who attempts to take it from them.

Oh, and Indiana - ole' Mich needs a bit more than a little lipo. She needs a full-on ass reduction.
