I have to assume that Liberals generally aren't charged with fraud due to investigative bodies looking in that direction and deciding not to open that can of worms.
Kick over one rock and a thousand Liberals go scurrying away in all directions, each one clinging to their entitlements as they try to avoid the scrutiny of people who have the power to lay charges.

In the Torstar owned Waterloo Record, the headline describes him as an "Ottawa man" with no reference to his Liberal connection anywhere. As we know, bias is reflected in what they do not report.
