3. Although this is a comic depiction it accurately depicts the major contributing factors to the degeneration of North American society and the vanishing middle class – of course the unstated fact in this cartoon is that all these ills have the same root cause – corrupt/inept government.
   To be specific, socialist government – tho which the destruction of the middle class is vital to creating a have-and have not society in which they can elicit dependance from rich and poor alike – contrary to myth, an affluent insider class thrives in socialism, the poor remain poor and the middle class are non existent – just as planned.

   The discovery of a new trove of emails sent from Tax Exempt Organization director Lois Lerner’s official IRS account – in which she compares conservatives to terrorists, and refers to them as “crazies,” “rabid,” “whackos,” and “assholes” – illustrates the cunning of Democrats in dragging this scandal out for years. If these new emails had been revealed at the outset of the story, back when Barack Obama was pretending to be outraged by the abuse of IRS power for political purposes, it would have been devastating. It would have been difficult for the pro-Obama media to control the firestorm.
   But now, years later, it’s more like a head-shaky footnote, confirming what we already knew about Lerner – a partisan operative who was keenly interested in using her power to serve her political interests. Nevertheless, House Ways and Means Committee chairman Dave Camp (R-MI) went through the motions of writing a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder, who runs the equally politicized Justice Department, pointing out that these new Lerner communiques clearly demonstrate the sort of intent that is normally relevant to law enforcement investigations:

6. House Republicans on Wednesday passed a resolution authorizing them to sue President Barack Obama for what they call an overreach of constitutional authority.
   The coming lawsuit will accuse Obama of exceeding his constitutional authority as president by making unilateral changes to the Affordable Care Act — specifically, in twice delaying implementation of the law’s so-called employer mandate.

   I’m well aware that the left always cries racism any time someone disagrees with them but I really can’t see how they could possibly apply it to this cartoon.

13. Maybe it’s just me but the content of Lerner’s internal correspondence sounds much like Hamas raving about Jews and Israel. Simply switch TEA-Party with Israel and there ya are.
    That Lerner person, just look at her pics, harbours an implacable, burning hate for what she feels are her political opponents.
    It seems obvious Lerner, like Hamas, is convinced her cause is just.
    That IRS director with the shaved head and no eye brows is cut for the same cloth.

14. NASA is not and never has had anything to do with “Muslim Outreach”. I cannot explain where NASA administrator Charlie Bolden pulled that idea from, but there is not and has never been anything funded for “Muslim Outreach” in any NASA budget, ever. NASA’s problems go much, much deeper than that, and date from the creation of NASA itself.

Ed – I think the Muslim-NASA depiction in the cartoon alludes to the fact Obumbles axed the NASA space shuttle program and gave Charles Bolden, his puppet appointee, a prime directive that NASA would now focus primarily on making Muslims feel good about themselves. That worked out about as well as you would expect.

17. No he didn’t axe the shuttle program; Bush did that on January 14, 2004. It was the right decision, as each shuttle flight cost three times what it cost to launch a Saturn V, and it was inherently dangerous due to the side-by-side configuration. That all came out of the investigation by the Columbia Accident Review Board.
    I cannot say for certain why Bolden said that. I suspect Obama had a hand in that, because otherwise it’s completely baffling. But he made that stupid statement and now it gets brought up over and over and over.
    What Obama did do was cancel the Constellation program, which was former NASA administrator Mike Griffin’s pet design. The program included the Ares 1 rocket (a second stage balanced atop a single solid rocket booster stage, with POGO vibrations so bad the astronauts’ bodies would be turned to jello), and the monster Ares 5. Like a Hydra, if you cut of one head another grows in its place, so Ares 5 is out, replaced by the nearly identical SLS.
