Here is the scary part. All this information being collected is then shared with other Agencies. IRS, DEA etc etc. What normally would require a judges order to collect in order to avoid violating established constitutional rights and privacy laws is secretly passed onto these other agencies, who then use the data as they see fit. I expect opposition or dissent of government in any form to cease in the near future if this pattern continues.
Oh, but we have “domestic terrorists” in our midst doncha know?
That’s why we leave borders wide open, so that we can fool the foreign terrorists into sneaking across and then becoming domestic. Then we wire-tap them along with everyone else to insure everyone else is safe from the domestic terrorists – duh.

The agency that gets the most benefit from this NSA shared information is the DNC.
It’s like the Watergate Hotel break in, all day long, every day, to everybody.
Well I voted for Harper’s Conservatives but he has shared all my private information with the Obamanation.
So, yeah the Hopey Changey thing is working just fine, thank you very much.
I tend to favour the Vito Corleone method of protecting sensitive information. “Never tell anyone outside The Family what you’re thinkin again!”
Yes, I’m posting under my real name…
FYI-The information sharing between the Canadian government and the Americans was already happening long before Stephen Harper was elected to any office.
Not widely known, but the Canadian government has long been a world leader in SIGINT and gives all the information it gathers to the Americans because it can barely process even 10% of it.
Its now official. The USA is now a police State that even the Stasi couldent imagine.
Its becoming a nation wide prison camp under the Obama administration.
Odd yes but truthfully, doesn’t bother me a bit. I never say anything on line that I wouldn’t say if asked about it.
The tracking and identifying of information about me is far greater and far more intrusive that is done by corporations and companies trying to sell me something. I read just the other day that 3 pieces of information, (1) gender, (2) birthdate, and (3)zip code is upwards of 60% certain to identify me specifically to anyone who wants to do so.
Welcome to the fish bowel world………
Welcome to reality, investigative practices have never matched the color of the Law. It is important to understand that this type of investigative information can’t be used in a court Of LAW.(The MSM is not a court of law)
Of course they can use that information to get Court approved warrants & build a criminal case…and the Obama administration would never use it to blackmail his political foes..Never
