I always laugh when I hear Amercians talk about their paediatrician. Wanna know the reality of government run health care - paediatricians are for kids with life threatening illnesses. Everybody else goes to their GP.

I have a lot of friends in the U.S. and about half are Obama fans (which seems to be the demographic). I've started out many an email lately with "So how's that Obamacare thing working out for you?". The ones who dislike Obama are quick to return an expletive laced outburst. The fans of BO are notoriously silent.

As for the ladies in the article, I say "suck it up, buttercup".
