No. There's no sugar-coating it - your votes for Democrats have ensured that you are the first generation in American history that will fail to exceed what their parents attained. Embracing liberalism was a stupid thing to do, done for the stupidest of reasons, and I will now let you subsidize my affluent lifestyle without a shred of guilt.

He's bang on, 100% correct about the Millennials foolishness. However, he may not like their likely solution to this financial cliff which is likely one to two decades away at most. State sanctioned and perhaps eventually mandatory euthanasia will become as coldly logical to Millennials as abortion on demand was to Baby Boomers. Dark times loom, I fear...

It's too late now, for those in Greece and soon Spain and France who have had/will have substantial portions of their savings and pensions confiscated by their respective governments.

Good rant but he ignored the fact that they just voted to complete the road to serfdom that began to accelerate with the "Greatest Generation" voting for progressives offering the ponzi entitlements of the Sixties and Great Society (in Canada the "Just Society").
He will manage to reinforce resentment of "conservatives", even if they are partially right. On the plus side, the Millennials may come around to the realization that libertarians offer a solution that frees them of the liabilities of the ghost of Christmas past by killing the ponzi schemes rather than offering better management (reform) as do the conservative progressives.

The interesting thing was that he knew that it is the free enterprise that makes people, a lot of enterprising people and people working for enterprising people wealthy.
The communist would freely admit that free enterprise is making himself and all those that get up in the morning to do a day’s work, wealthy.
On the part of wealthy, you have to look at the big picture, even those that freeload on welfare are better off in this country than those that work for living in most of the other countries of the world.
Anyway, the thing is the communist is a member of brainwashed segment of the people that will not, will not allow that free enterprise is the champion of freedom and liberty in spite of the actual understanding and knowledge that it is the way to live.
The socialism, fascism, communism are, what can be called a True Religion. You know what the right thing to do is, you just can’t for the life of you agree to that.
Went to a talk, given by a communist journalist (high up there on first name basis with all the high and mighty communists of the time in Europe), many, many years ago living in a socialist paradise run by communists. It was at the time when certain Khrushchev got himself to run Soviet Union.
In his talk, he said much the same: the communists know what is right and what is wrong, they just can’t bring themselves to lose the religion. They have lived in acknowledged lie for so long they just can’t let go.
It is much the same with the generation that is going to pay for all the things they think are free. They refuse to acknowledge that they are going to pay for it. Then again it was beaten into their little heads for so long, they have no idea what the hell is going on.

If North America doesn't have euthanasia by now, it's not going to.
Their children and grandchildren, well aware that they will have only the wind for their inheritance and denied the satisfaction of putting down their good for nothing parents with impunity, will simply refuse to pay, and let nature take its course.
