This is about one of the most damning pieces on the European climate movement I’ve read all year, and that from Germany’s equivalent of the Washington Post. An atmosphere of resignation is truly sweeping through Germany’s climate movement. Flagship media are waking up.

  1. Zealots don’t just give up. They may go underground for a while and emerge as propagandists within the education systems, they may go terrorist and overtly violent, or go into the media and add to the biased coverage. Given the continuing deflationary de-leveraging in Western economies, they will be more ignored for a while and the longer that happens the cooler the climate from Solar quiet.

  4. These are evil people who have prepared for this world coup for a long time and they won’t surrender easily or quickly. We’ll need to pass on the truth to anyone and everyone who will listen as to the real motives that have been behind this green scam for some time to come and I think the climate will help by continuing to get colder. We’ll also have to remain vigilant for what ever new ways that they try to impose their ideology on the world. We may have one round one but the fight is not over.

    Thatcher used it as a tool (means to an end) in a desperate situation, the new us is a religious belief. Thatcher was wrong, and we all are at times, and then there is a time we recognize our mistakes….capeach?????
    In the article they mention the use of psychological methods, guess that may have been what that Joo, Hitler, was using!!!!

  8. Meanwhile essential services like infrastructure are being neglected. Here in Montreal the Champlain Bridge was supposed to open at 7 this morning and is still not open right now. Emergency repairs with the placement of a super girder have been going on.

We have the chimp in chief south of us transfixed with the notion that CO2 is an evil pollutant and nothing aside from a bullet to the head will convince this narcissist that he might be wrong. The future will belong to Russia and China; the Russians will control Europe (or more correctly Gazprom will control Europe) without firing a shot. The Chicoms will expand into new areas while the US military is concerned about ensuring that all planes and vehicles are powered by biofuels and that “environmentally friendly” ammunition is used.
    There’s more information to come and I suspect this was all a plot by Gorbachev to undermine the west through watermelon policies when it turned out that the USSR couldn’t compete with the west in new weapons technologies. The Russians, however, have a very long history of finding other ways to accomplish things.

  10. Yeah she gave speech at the UN in 1989 but she was hardly the inventor. She also recanted this position is her book “Statecraft” in 2003. I know Wikipedia is hardly the source of all sources but this submission is pretty thorough and her name is not there.

    If in fact the Germans are waking up to the socialist power grab based on a fraud, I wonder if they can tell the Marxist Bourasso and the wizened chimp van Rompey to stuff it?

    Yeah I know, then later she totally mitigated her responsibility in it by giving public speeches telling people how she just made it up and that government shouldn’t spend their national treasuries into penury over it.(oh wait, she never did that)
    PabloNH, in the movie ‘the Great Global Warming Swindle’ PM Thatcher’s science advisor is interviewed and he is the one who explains to the camera that pushing global warming with tax money was Thatcher’s idea.
    After the Soviet threat was finished, communist tools like the CND(Coalition for Nuclear Disarmament) dissolved when the USSR did and these 5th columnists then turned their efforts from unilateral nuclear disarmament to unilateral industrial extirpation.

    My earlier statement that Thatcher invented the meme was in err,(going to far) however Thatcher did create the IPCC and Global Warming would never have been heard of today if not for the creation of the IPCC or similar multi-government backed international organ.
    All of these ‘tools’ to fight the spread and influence of international communism should have withered away without government funding when the Russians downsized their corporate Soviet structure in the ’90s.

  21. OZ, If you re looking to blame someone for the insanity of global warming you might try James Hansen. He wrote a report in June of 1988 that hypothesized human-caused warming had already measurably affected global climate. Subsequent, the IPCC was founded by two organizations, the WMO and the INEP in 1988. These are both UN organizations. The IPCC was later endorsed by the UN through resolution 43/53. Margaret Thatcher had nothing to do with setting up the IPCC.

  23. there is a big difference between making a speech and founding an organization as yu assert. I listened to her speech and have to say she was as deluded as he rest of them but came to her senses and recanted in her book.

  24. What can I say about the msm’s complicity in this fraud that hasn’t already been stated before? Since their own asses are now swinging in the wind due to their lazy journalism, don’t expect much noise about their contribution to this great fraud.
    I can’t help imagining the headstart on sane policy and respect PMSH could have achieved if he openly displayed his disbelief of this bad science. I am so jealous of my Australian relatives in this regard. Ha, PMSH is too scared of the msm to even practice fiscal conservatism, so what am I dreaming?
    Hmmmm, displaying leadership and honesty to the nation or protecting votes for the party.
