SPOILER ALERT!

Just an aside: Gravity is a highly overrated movie. 'Saw it in IMAX and though the special effects were impressive, the story line is thin and threadbare. George Clooney is not believable as an astronaut free floating in space. He plays George Clooney, jokes flying left, right, and out into the ether. He's supposed to be some kind of hero. IMO he was boring, predictable, and smart-assed to the point of being puerile. Sorry to say -- SPOILER ALERT -- I didn't feel any sorrow when it was clear he didn't make it.

Save your money.

Clooney's appeal seems to harken back to the 'Rat Pack' era of cool. No mistake that young George probably was exposed as his Aunt Rosemary was a hugh talent. The dif between George and the 'Rat Pack' was that they all were multi and very talented.

Should we chalk this up to "we all make mistakes", or is this an unforgivable error that will result in you shutting down this blog?
