Trouble, trouble, boil and bubble

Rebels, everywhere.

In a direct challenge to the Prime Minister's authority, Conservative MP Adam Afriyie said people did not trust David Cameron's pledge to hold a vote on Europe in 2017.

Backed by Tory and Labour Eurosceptics, he is set to force a Commons vote on the issue in five weeks' time.

Tea Party's in Britannia?

Who would have thunk it?

Let's hope some also rebel against his CAGW stupidity.

I suspect that Conservative MP Adam Afriyie's greatest concern might be heading off UKIP. However, the sooner Britain shakes off most of the EU shackles the better, The EU has morphed way beyond a customs and trading union.

It is a mistake to go headlong for a referendum without preparation. The out-of-EU side will lose and Britain will be further screwed. See eureferendum.com to follow all this

Yep the natives have been gradually getting more restless over there.....UKIP is a symptom not a cause....

Nationalism/patriotism is a powerful, venerable force globally..... intense in Europe, especially.

The Soviets realized that long back, when WW2 swept them up, having battled patriotism from the beginning, they promptly harnessed it as an incentive for their citizens/forces.

In 1982, Britain's work to rule mob, cranked out a new warship within a coupla months that was not scheduled to be launched for 2 years....yet that major unit, the Inflexable arrived in the South Atlantic modified, fitted out, trialed and combat ready just barely late for the 3 months long campaign.

MP Adam Afriyie is lucky that he's not in Hudak's Ontario PC (Pretend Conservative) Party - where dissension and true conservatives are just not tolerated.

Keep it up Tiger Tim, you'll make Kim Campbell look like a winner.
