Things You'll Never See On The CBC

Inconvenient truths:

What then is the real reason media like the CBC and the Toronto Star hid the background of Greyson and Loubani, not from Egyptians, but from their fellow Canadians who get their news from those sources?

File a complaint with the cbc ombudsman. Now. Clog their resources. When a cbc freeloader sneezes, file a complaint. Together we can help bankrupt them.

When do you think that anyone from the Media Party will ask the question: "Your release is due in no small part to Minister John Baird's personal intervention with Egyptian Authorities. Do you have any words of gratitude for your government and your country?

Don't hold your breath waiting for the CBC telling the truth to Canadians. Nothing but Marxist spin all the time.

"Your release is due in no small part to Minister John Baird's personal intervention with Egyptian Authorities. Do you have any words of gratitude for your government and your country?"

They actually did thank Baird and PM Harper but, of course, bien sure, the CBC couldn't report that. It would look good on the Conservatives and the CBC's aim is to help defeat them at the polls.

A**holes.

Most CBC fans take what they read or hear from CBC as gospel truth, so do not bother to fact check CBC (news?)

I'm waiting for these two to tell their stories of adventure on the Toronto dinner party circuit. So many Opinion Makers will get an eye opener of nasssty details, it'll be awesome.

Best part? These two are their own worst enemies. They will find a way to self destruct without any intervention from me. I'm going to sit back with my popcorn.

grayson must have a death wish, the redstar, cbc, and the likes simply wish the death of truth

Greyson says he wants to "go back" to Egypt.

Only one get out of jail "free" card. Right?

Greyson says he wants to "go back" to Egypt?

He must miss the jailhouse gang rapes

These two are arguing like a recently returned honeymooning couple.
One wants to go back and the other isn't sure.
I'm sure the media will help them work it out.

Until Canadians refuse to pay taxes to support the CBC, they are slaves of the institutional left. The Conservative Progressives govern in constant fear that a renegade among them might suggest de-funding Mothercorp or suggesting anything else that goes against the sacred tenets of the dominant leftist culture. Sadly, when it comes to membership in the institutional left, the other networks, save Sun News are essentially CBC clones. The difference is that no one is forced to pay for them at gunpoint.

BatB, can you cite when/where they explicitly thanked either Minister Baird or their government?

I've been following this story pretty closely and only saw them publically thank their "friends and many supporters" whom they seem to assume were instrumental in pressuring the reluctant, right wing and fascist Harper gov't into doing that which they would have preferred not doing.

Sure, No Guff. No hay problema:

The two men took turns reading a statement, thanking staff at the Canadian embassy in Cairo, their colleagues, friends, family and “ordinary citizens who spoke out,” Greyson said.

Loubani extended thanks “to all the politicians at all levels of government who worked tirelessly for our release,” listing Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Lynne Yelich by name.

They did thank Harper and Baird. Obviously someone told them to.

Loubani did it, and while he was thanking all of his asshole friends, he had a big smile on his face. That turned into a sour frown and you could tell it was more painful for him to force the words out of his mouth to thank Harper and Baird than it was for him to take a bone up his ass.

These idiots also said they agreed with the Muslim Brotherhood about some things and went on to bash Western and American aid to the non Muslim Brotherhood government in Egypt.

Funny how the CBC and most media didn't report that part, isn't it?

What's also funny is that whole 10 minute statement was on the CBC website's videos yesterday and for some reason has since disappeared.

More CBC covering for those two assholes.

This non-CBC youtube video has it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nkyBpcVjxOs

Be careful, it's pretty sickening watching them

BTW, while pointing out that Greyson and Loubani did thank the CPC government, Baird, and PM Harper, I'm in no way giving them kudos for it. I intended to point out how predictable it is that the CBC didn't report that part of their homecoming speech. The CBC apparatchiks wouldn't want the CPC to get any accolades.

CBC = Canada's Bulls**tting Censors

Two politically loathsome operators pimped out as martyrs by a lying manipulative propagandist media - so what else is new. The part that still pushes my hot button is I must fund this (CBC) playground for globalist authoritarian marxism.

This is a fine reminder there is no such thing as "news" in the demented dominion. The CRTC and CBC have a virtual monopoly in distorting our perception of world/political events. The information monopoly in Canada would even make Goebbels or Mikhalkov blush.
