Reach across the aisle: Dem Rep. Alan Grayson Fundraising Email Features Burning Cross As The "T" In "Tea Party"...

This is just a normal rabble rousing Democrat tactic these days. Nothing new for this scumbag. Senator McCain might want to try reaching across the isle.

Politics is definitely becoming more vicious these days.

debating 101. If you can't beat your opponent with the facts attack them personally with irrelevant lies. the democrates have no real, true, valid points to counter the honest media and political opponents so they demonize them. It means they know they have lost the discussion in reality and are crying wolf to distract the plebians, both MSM and LIV.

The man, if you can call him that, is behaving like a freak show...no wonder Congressional approval level is on the order of 7% and likely to stay in the single digits.

What this individual needs is someone to reach across the aisle with a large boot and plant it firmly in his posterior.

I'm wondering if the Repub's don't need to build an image of reasonable people trying to help average Americans in a productive way. Halting gov. to limit health care left the opposite impression and left them open to this type of innuendo. I mean that they look like wealthy privileged people manipulating the country for reasons that may not be clear.

And, don't kid yourself. Both sides are watching to see how effective Grayson is.

Grayson has a rep for being batshit crazy. And if you look at photos of Tea Party gatherings, chances are you will see black people, not gang-bangers, but solid middle-class black Americans who are just as disgusted with seeing taxes erode their living standards as are their white brethren.

Which is why the Dems have such a hate on for the Tea Party, It might fracture their most reliable voting bloc.

" If you can't beat your opponent with the facts attack them personally with irrelevant lies."

The Dems are winning. We have invented the term 'Low Information Voter' precisely because LIVs make the difference.

What needs to happen is that the Tea Party repeatedly portray the Democrats in the bed sheets with the burning crosses because history will bear out the fact that the KKK were Democrats and the Copperheads, who were against Republican President Lincoln's emancipation of the slaves, were against the war and for slavery were Democrats too.

The Tea Party can have the historic facts and the shock value both on their side. It's time the public was bombarded with the fact that Martin Luther King jr. was a registered Republican and why.

The only racism in america these days is from neurotic Dem voters who have been conditioned to think only in terms of race and race pecking order. Other than that the other 58% of the nation is well adjusted, secure in their identity and with no particular prejudice other than a hatred for left wing stupidity.

Grayson, I believe lost an election because of his goofiness. He came back
from defeat, elected by the people who think Obama gives them things from
his "stash."

I wonder how many comments are caught in the filter simply because of the use of the initials of the traditional Southern American cross burning association.

I always thought it was an acronym for Kristian Kids Kamp.

This behaviour just means the Democrats are getting really scared now.

A generation ago, the media, despite leftist bias wouldn't have let Grayson get away with anything that outrageous, but no critical media exists when the full progressive spectrum is now mostly joined at the hip.

Going on the defensive over his behavior is worse than doing nothing. It makes the Tea Party look like wimps. Personally, I think a good case can be made to compare the progressives with their national socialist predecessors. Forget Godwin's Law or good manners. Consistently referring to progressives as fascists, looters and thugs calls it like it is while avoiding the word socialist or communist, which, thanks to Senator McCarthy, has been considered verbotten despite continual implementation and achieving mainstream status. Whenever they object, point out the similarities. Despite appearances, in politics one should never be talking to one's opponent but only the people who might elect you. On the defensive, the left does not do well.
