... that the severity and locations of tornadoes is strongly influenced by the natural Pacific Decadal Oscillation, with more severe tornadoes occurring during the warm phase and fewer during the cold phase. The cold phase of the ~60-year Pacific Decadal Oscillation [PDO] started in the year 2000, and would explain why the US is currently experiencing the fewest tornadoes on record, and why higher CO2 is correlated with fewer severe tornadoes.

It won't matter to the faithful. You see, "the heat" is now hiding in the "deep ocean" (apparently it couldn't hide high in the atmosphere any more) getting ready to pounce on us with terrible consequences at some unknown point in the future in order to punish us for the sin of using carbon (even though we're made of it). So beware, and pay your indulgence money to Greenpeace and St. David of Suzuki and Pope Albert the Gore lest the wrath of the four horsemen of the heat apocalypse be visited upon you -- floods, droughts, tornadoes and insufficient arctic ice (insufficient to do what, no one is quite sure, but you get the drift ; )

Isn't it amazing that all of the IPCC's, Gore's and Suzuki's predictions during the past 16 years have been debunked over and over, yet the MSM still treats these people with the respect usually reserved for people that know what they are talking about ? Even worse is that the brainwashed hordes are still in full chicken little mode with no indication they realize they've been scammed. We are throwing away a billion dollars a day and they want more.

THe current notion of saving the phenomenon by positing a flow of heat into the deep ocean,
a flow which somehow switched on about 18 years ago, is rankest pseudoscience. Heat diffuses,
for one thing, and its diffusion is a very very slow process over distances of several
hundreds of metres. And there is no switch in the ocean to do the switching.
Just fraud and nonsense.
