Wonder what happens if a doctor pushes too hard during the examination and tears the hymen? Let me ask the question I haven't seen addressed yet: why exactly is this "unethical"?

I can see that there may be issues of coercion of minors; and of course there is the fact that hymenal rupture is not necessarily proof of sexual activity.

But look, a woman goes in and says, "Doctor, can you tell me whether I have an intact hymen?" And the doctor says Yes, or No. What's the problem?
