Thus as long as he remains committed to the direction found in his religious/political texts, there is no possible motivation to do otherwise.

This is unlike a normal criminal who commits an act he knows or believes to be
wrong but does it anyway.

Thus he might be rehabilitated by way of a stronger conscience or self-control that directs him to do right instead of wrong.

Under a more logical prosecution policy the terrorists should have been convicted of High Treason and sentenced to life, which is the mandatory minimum.

Though, the old punishment of hanging had more of a public condemnation aspect to it.

Though such a charge would admit that a war (Islamic jihad) has been declared against the Canadian state, it's people and way of life, collectively referred to as the Kuffar.

Canadians are as stupid as the rest of the world. we seem to be unable to recognize that the followers of islam are our enemies and the enemy of all non-muslims world wide.

The moonbat who wrote the line about "lack of rehabilitation programs in prison" for islamofascists should be sent to live with a group of Al Qaeda fighters for 6 months. If they're still alive after that time period, they may have a different opinion regarding the rehabilitation potential of what are completely deranged individuals.

While it's very satisfying to see these individuals killed off in Syria, or whatever hellhole they're attempting to make much worse, these individuals do have a use. They are biologically human and have numerous organs which can be put to far better use than the islamofascists currently use them for. Keeping them in prison forever is the only thing that will ensure they don't blow themselves up in a crowd of people. So, here's my proposal for a win-win situation.

The islamofascist is relieved of transplantable organs (assuming he doesn't have HepC or HIV) and these are transplanted into people who need them far more than he does. Then, to give him a proper sendoff, his remaining parts will have a bomb vest attached and it will be detonated under remote control in a simulated store full of clothing mannequins. Thus, he gets to have his fantasy sendoff. All in all a far more financially sound plan that keeping such individuals in jail forever. If Canada is too squeamish to appropriately utilize their resources of islamic lunatics, then I'm sure the Chicoms would be quite happy to accept such a walking bundle of spare parts as organ donors are in equally short supply in China as in Canada.
