Decision here.

  1. From ABC news:
“For both DeLay and his critics, the process was frustratingly slow, due in part to some of the appeals court justices in Austin recusing themselves as well as DeLay’s successful effort to have a judge on the panel removed because of anti-Republican comments she made.”

The damage is done — which was the aim of the Dem lawfare effort all along.

  3. It doesn’t matter; the damage to Delay’s reputation is already done. Everyone will remember the hyped-up newscasts from 2010 and very few will hear of this appeal. The Democrats who waged lawfare against him still win and won’t face a day in court for their malfeasance.

  4. This is exactly how it works.
That reminds me. How many Liberals served time in jail for Chretien’s brown bag caper?
