Aye...when EC releases a summer forecast of a hot, dry summer keep the rubber boots and winter jacket and gloves handy.

He predicted for us on the west coast cooler and wetter than normalsummer. We have had 3 days of part showers since July 1st.. Thank you enviro Canada?
