So the cause of all this lying is "chasing news cycles" - not a pathological desire to retain power and an inherent inability to tell the truth.

I'll enjoy evry moment of Obam-bam being hoist on his own petard, but I'm preparing for the inevitable semi-letdown because whatever happens short of impeachment or Nixon-style early exodus (don't even consider the "Biden replaces Obumbles angle - {shudder}) anything short of that is going to be way too little and way too late.

That being said, I'm settling in for some good old fashioned "here's what happens when you bite the hand(s) that supported you" to come down.

Weasel code for the fact O and his criminal cartel where given zero scrutiny by the media and actually have had the media covering their back - until their crimes threatened to implicate the media and/or they turned on their own. In a normal ethical America this criminal regime's malfeasance will start unravelling quickly as the lackey media and government insiders alike abandon loyalty to such a treacherous boss.
