I like the idea of sending Chelsea Clinton in as the new ambassador. Wonder if Hillary would read the emails coming from there then?

At this point. What difference would it make??

I think it would be impossible to do worse in picking a successor to Killery. However Chelsea is a prime example of the low quality of ruling class we see in power these days all over the west.

Frankly from my perspective the western world id being run so dismally badly with so much corruption and waste, the ruling class has lost the moral authority to assume power.

If you don't demand better leadership you get no better.

I think the Obama administration has definitely pulled ahead of the Carter administration in regards to incompetence and ideological stupidity.

the "ruling class", now there is a problem rite there with that statement, they are not and should not be seen as "ruling", they are in servitude and should be seen only as governing, NOT RULING. But like U most lefties see them as ruling, and that contributes to the problems we have in governments, of all strips, today.

Why would she reply? Can anybody prove it is Bill's brat? And you gotta love the twats on twit.

The Media is trying its best to hide this. To bad for them it ain't going away.
They look like jack asses more every day. I thought Id seen some lows in Media , but the evasions, the jokes are all impotent , considering what was done in Benghazi was monstrous.
By people who have no shame, devious to the point of demonic. Elitists who allowed even their own to die needlessly.Than lie about it.Right to the dead parents faces. While persecuting the film makers who they used to fabricate a even than unbelievable story. All to cover their blue plated asses.

I refer to them as the "ruling class" because this is how they regard themselves - as our natural rulers with a cosmic purpose to control us and "shape" society to their agendas or in their utopian ideal. This imperialistic leaning is prevalent throughout big governments whether they be so called democratic or collectivist statist or dictatorships. Careerist politicos regard themselves as class above the proletariat - this governing arrogance increases with the size of Government and the concentration of power in fewer hands which this produces.

I think you have a rather naive idea of the philosophy of the career politician class. Every where you look in government this political class arrogance is evident - gold plated pensions, limited liability in governing, best hotels, food and accommodations, lush parties and trips at our expense - but most of all, armed security/defense is for them not us - we can't be trusted with the right to defend our lives, they arrogantly take on a monopoly on the use of defensive force. Things are "different" for them they are above the regulatory and economic repression they create for the common citizen.

Occam, you are right I see it all the time with our bureaucrats, they "believe" and until we cure them of their delusion they will continue to lie, steal and violate all rules.
Elected and appointed royalty.( In their eyes and behaviour)
Revnant D, I too love these media cretins seeking to defend the indefensible.
Ethics, the simple distinction between right and wrong, seems to be an alien concept to our self styled public servants.
Yet the voters in Ontario have rewarded Libtards for decades, so being evil, slimy liars does pay.

If Chelsea Clinton has inherited her parents' ability to duck and cover, she'll be fine no matter how many guys taking a walk in the middle of the night with their grenade launchers surrounding a poorly-guarded embassy she comes across.

From what little I've seen of the Hildabeast I'm not so sure that she isn't sociopathicly power hungry enough to leave Chelsea fending for herself.

if U think I have a naïve idea of the political class U are sorely mistaken, as I'v said before in here, it ain't the lefty pols, it ain't the rite pols, it's pols in general, plus beaurocraps who just as bad or worst. I'v owned my own business' and have had to deal with "government", so I'm as aware as any as to how they think of themselves. I just don't, nor will, use the term rulers, as it may strengthen this concept in their minds. Also, I'v had great conversations with a friend who had good info on the goings on in the UN, and that is even worst that our government.
