A secret recording of a campaign strategy session between U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell and his advisors was taped by leaders of the Progress Kentucky super PAC, says a longtime local Democratic operative.
Mother Jones Magazine released the tape this week. The meeting itself took place on Feb. 2.
Jacob Conway, who is on the executive committee of the Jefferson County Democratic Party, says that day, Shawn Reilly and Curtis Morrison, who founded and volunteered for Progress Kentucky, respectively, bragged to him about how they recorded the meeting.

I love how the media narrative about this has been that Mitch McConnell has picked on poor Ashley Judd by listening to statements she has made in the past in her own book and in speeches.
Dang but that reminds me of that other little scandal that brought down a sitting US president. What was its name again? Something Gate.
Strange that this “leak” isn’t front page news. Romney’s video about the 48% that don’t pay taxes (which was true btw) seemed to be brought up daily until the election. Media bias… naaaa.

That’s what I’m talking about. How dare those evil republicans do opposition research by reading excerpts from Ashley Judd’s book and public remarks she has made? How low can you go? Prying into the public statements made by a potential opponent! What next? Will they start criticizing opponent’s voting records and campaign promises as well?
This is why the abortion scandal of killing living babies is being shut out. Marxists are good at being held accountable on anything. Its their forte. Laws don’t exist for any socialist. Only the peons who pay them.

What is good for communism is good for all no matter how repugnant it is morally. Whats even better is to tar its opponents with every minor complaint, or hint. While they bath is the fumes of criminality.
WOW! if Mitch loses his seat because of this, and a Democrat wins… nothing will change.
