It is time to give Kalifornia back to Mexico.

That fellow is so fair-minded it is nauseating: "I’m not ungrateful or unrealistic. I fully understand the scope of the economic problems at both the state and federal level and the need for everyone to pay their fair share." If he is not responsible for the problem, his "fair share" is - ZERO. Instead we get all of these bleating noises.

The US at present is one vast lunatic asylum, but the hardest core lunatics are in California.

Kalifornia, destroyed by design - leftard legislators extending the rust belt west.

I thought ex post facto laws (retroactive laws) were forbidden under section 10 of the United States Constitution.

Just another version of Lenin's "tax in kind".

Ditto Rabbit's 12:26PM comment.

It will take a lawsuit, preferably a huge class action lawsuit, demanding compensatory damages, punitive damages and expenses in Federal court, challenging the constitutionality of this ex post facto elimination of the tax credit. It'll take a huge legal b*tch-slapping to get the Democrat fascists mis-ruling California to start to obey the US Constitution.

"Welcome to California. Here's your accordion."

I didn't know the NDP had been exported to California! Nice if all the radical lefties could be confined to one geologically unstable state....
