His position on the debt ceiling is nicely black-and-white hypocritical, of course, but it's not really, you know, news -- it isn't really anything out of the way for persons of Mr. Obama's political persuasion. Why, apparently, you can be opposed for years to the GST and NAFTA before you're suddenly in favour of them, and still get to be prime minister of Canada for ten years as if nothing happened.
What's interesting though is his talking about constitutional and lawful behaviour by the president: why's he getting so sticky and technical about that all of a sudden? He didn't seem to be overly concerned about anything of that sort before the election, and now that he's won, or whatever, I'd have thought he wouldn't be able to care less.
So, let me get this straight. If we raise the credit limit on one of our credit cards and use the increased credit card limit to pay down other maxed out credit cards while at the same time increasing spending. This is good financial governance?
The left finds math hard. Well, to be honest, so do progressive conservatives.

The only question is will there be one or two downgrades in Obama's second term.

This is just one issue but there are many others where this white house poser outright lies about his agenda. His words are meaningless.

Yea, apparently it's ok to raise the debt ceiling when a Democrat is on Office, but not when a Republican is in Office.
