It never seems strange to any of these moombiots that every one of the banners they pick to demonstrate their point is fraught with error. Why does a 30 rd magazine make a difference when a 10 rd one can be replaced in 1/4 of a second? Why aren’t their “assault rifles” used by any military worldwide? Why are their “Studies” fraught with fraudulent omissions and errors? Why do they adamantly refuse to simply protect the children?

It seems “guntard” stoopid extends to the legal profession (or at least the shallow end of it where lefty activists swim). Yes it IS a crime and it is indefensible. The law regulating gun ownership states this item is outlawed so it is illegal for anyone to have one for any reason. Why do you think firearms owners are so outraged at the injustice of these laws? Why do you think despotic statists create such law? This is REGULATORY LAW people. Regulatory law is deemed by government, the judiciary, prosecutors and legal doctrine to be so easy to comply with that there is NO DEFENSE allowed in law for breaking regulation – either you did or didn’t do it, there is no extenuating circumstance, no mens rea (intent), no due dilligence – no defense. Police therefore have no option but to arrest or summons any regulatory infraction – if there is a witness to your breech of regulation, YOU ARE GUILTY, no defense allowed.
So explain to me why this law breaking news face is still uncharged?

the cliff is not a cliff at all, in fact, it brings the reality of the fiscal situation right home to every American that works for a living, including the middle class. Even the staunch hardcore unionists are faced with the realization that they, personally, are paying for all those foodstamps and Bammyphones, and unending extensions to unemployment benefits.
The cuts to the military are a whole other discussion, and somehow I don’t think the Americans will allow those cuts to continue for long.
