Just more proof that governments should stay out of business. Wastes tax dollars and props up useless businesses that should be allowed to fail.

...Vestas said without more tax credits and stimulus funds, the company will have trouble competing...

Quick, President Obama, drop that golf club and write up an Executive Order for more stimulus funds for Vestas right away!   It's 'For the Children' don't ya know?
.

Gonna break Dulton's heart.

How to save this kind of waste from continuing. FIRE OBAMA next month, please America.

"Solyndra, the sequel? Bankrupt solar firm, DOE facing scrutiny over panel problems"

"House Republicans are pressing the Obama administration for more information about a solar-panel company that received a $400 million loan guarantee, then went bankrupt and is now the focus of a criminal investigation.

The committee pursuing documents on Colorado-based Abound Solar is the same that investigated the half-billion taxpayer loan to Solyndra, whose bankruptcy rocked the Obama administration. Two more Department of Energy-backed companies have since filed for bankruptcy, with Abound Solar being the latest.

They will be layed off unless your government check arrives. Do you want increased unemployment and bad PR in this election?

Bird/Bat slaughter should not be subsidized, IMO.

Once the election is over, there will no doubt be numerous quiet announcements
of many solar and windmill project companies going belly up as Romney fever
and rioting sore loser Obamaites compete for news space.
Maybe also a few states like California as well.
.

Bad enough that governments like Dalton McGuinty have to pay massive subsidies to Wind companies to generate power, now they are expected to subsidize the manufacture of the equipment as well. No part of the vast wind boondoggle can exist without propping up by the taxpayer.
