I genuinely fear Obama is going to win this election, because so much of America is already hopelessly corrupted by "free stuff", and so much of the rest is kept in the dark about what an awful president this man is. It is not the USG's job to punish governments that use child soldiers. Sanctions rarely work and often retard progress to freedom.
