Say It Isn't So, Joe!

Spin one for The Gipper;

Well, I wanna tell you, I came, I was a football player, I came, I came here in 1963, and I had to go back, I just double checked my memory – you know, you get my age and you’re not so sure of it, you know, your glory days look more glorious than they really were and all that, so we went back on the Internet and I just want you to know, I came here in October 1963, and we beat you Bobcats 29-12…

Had, say Sara P. had made the functional equivalent comment about her athletic career, the only question would be the over/under number for the size of the howling pack of journalists following her every move 24/7 trying to get her to admit she had been lying...with Biden? Crickets chirping..

Biden's a great example of what not to be when you age. Of course, that doesn't apply to me because I'm not going to.

One of the things I have noticed about Biden is that he speaks so often and has spun yarns so many times that he is unable to distinguish the difference between the truth and the lies. He has forgotten which is which and the fact checkers in the MSM are tired of going and checking to see if what he is saying is truth or fiction. Can you imagine how tiring it would be to have to go and check all of the stories and incidents that Joe spouts off every day? Efforts in futility. They would just print it and accept his version, as the time wasted looking into them are far better spent at the bar pounding back a few cold ones.

Fact checking for Palin would be far easier to verify and thus easier to call her on the mat.

Joe is increasingly looking like the crazy old uncle that you don't pay any attention to anymore. Other than being entertained by the new variation of the story you have heard so many times before...and waiting for that "joker grin" to appear.

Since I read about Biden's medical history last week I look at him differently. He has had
bilateral cerebral aneurysm surgery and it's a wonder that he was chosen to be VP in the first place.

Why would Obama choose someone with that history to be one step away from the presidency?

Many in the media, Stewart, Letterman etc. (I include them cause that's where the younger generation gets their news from) seems to think they can get away gawfuffing all of Bidens bs. "Oh that's Joe for ya..." Meanwhile, he's the friggin' Vice President of the United States!! You can't help but compare how they micro-analyzed Sarah Palin and, worse, her family. This alone shows how truly biased they are.

It's nothing to do with age. Joe' been a shameless BS artist throughout his career.

Biden is such a dolt it's obvious BamBam running with him as VP as a matter of assassination insurance.

Hilarious but eerily true.

Occam

not assassination insurance, but impeachmnet insurance. An assassine would not care who took over, but any sane pol would worry themselves to death about and idiot like olde Joke getting his hands on the levers of power!!!

It would explain many things to know that Biden has played a lot of football in his life.

I'll never forget (well maybe someday I will) when the press ripped Sarah Palin for saying "We can see Russia from our front yard" or somesuch. That's a common saying up north. The question "how far north do you live? I live so far north I can see Russia from the porch". Big deal. But of course she's a conservative so therefore some kind of idiot.

Only Republicans lie. Democrats mis-remember.

Btw Rick, Sarah Palin never said "I can see Russia from my house". It was that fool of a woman Tina Fey on SNL who said it.

See how the propaganda is pervasive?

Phantom..Sorry my mistake, but my point stands. It would be something from up north would say. We all said it when I worked in the Arctic. You're right though about the propaganda. The big lie. Say it enough and it'll be true. Like that douche Biden saying he didn't vote for the Afghan and Iraq wars when he did. Liars lying over and over and over. Still saying Romney in a landslide.

"I'll never forget (well maybe someday I will)"
It's bad when you say "I'll never forget" and then you forget what you were going to say.

I don't ever want to hear anything ever again from that douchebag Biden. He's always misrepresented the truth, but this time he's lied viciously as a key coverup of the Administration's failings on the Libya attack.

I can't express how much I loathe that bag of sh!t. A bag of scorpions at the bottom of the river is too good for him.

gellen - better yet, why didn't the media bring Biden's medical condition to the electorate's attention?

Cal - how right you are.

It was Biden who, as chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee orchestrated the media lynching of Robert Bork.

His has been a depraved career, and demonstrates how the political class alone has ruined America.
