My son, at age 33, still collects Lego, as do the four male grandchildren and a couple of the females.

Meccano was big in the old days when I was a kid.

The toy-r-us store at times square has a 12-15 foot high Empire State building. Also a 8-10 foot Statue of Liberty. Plus more on display.

Lego is an awesome toy. (I am 42 btw)
